Honestly, Whataburger is pretty good, but this Whataburger specifically always has to make a spicy chicken sandwich fresh which is fine because I love hot food and it’s always delicious except for when they put too much mayo and pickles which makes the bun is soggy and I don’t even want to eat it, but normally pretty good but what sucks is how they have me pull up every single time and then give me cold soggy fries why would you make me wait probably 10 minutes for a fresh chicken sandwich but give me old fries and it’s always this location. They need to do better.

Ask for leg wing and thigh and cold slaw . Go 2 legs and thigh and okra didn't notice until I got home. Was very disappointed and the total was very high

Absolute let down. Waited for 15 mins in line for flavorless burgers and horrible service. The employee took my payment, said he would be back in a sec. Came back 2 mins later, opened the window and handed me the food saying “Hi. Bye.” Employees were dancing in the back, and did not care at all. What a waste of money.

This morning on October 24 around 930am I went to this location. I have been here several times and usually the food is on point so I didn’t check it when I noticed it did come quicker. The fries tasted a day old and the burger was cold. They gave me old food. I did notice a new guy that could have been the manager this visit. You all need to tighten up. I need a refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AFTER 8PM. Night crew completely messed up my entire burger. I ordered online and got a Bacon & Cheese meal and asked for No Tomato’s, No mustard and grilled onions.. I did not get any Bacon, on my BACON CheeseBurger. The only thing they got right was my side of Onion Rings and a couple Ranches. I have tried to call multiple times and no one answered the phone. Save your money and go to mcdonalds instead! they’ll get your order right no matter what time it is.

Thanks for finding my cold food! Just spent 10 minutes waiting at the window after paying for my food, and had 3 employees ask me if I had been helped, before my cold food was found and given to me. But the attendant at the windows got their cups stocked and floor mopped so he could leave. I cannot believe that I was not apologized too, given any retribution, or reimbursed for wasting my time... my food could have at least been re-cooked in that time frame so I didn't have to eat it cold. The manager was more worried about throwing away drinks that had been poured for the next guest than assisting in the issues I was having. Try harder...
