Don't order from this place using the app. I ordered well before leaving my house. Got there after the time the app told me it would be ready. Got there and they hadn't even started working on it yet. Had to go to work without breakfast and without the money I paid for it. Grrrr.

Without question the most poorly run franchise in the W - OKC metro. Chronically slow - as in 10 to 15 minute drive thru wait / backed up cars constantly.

I didn’t get food. It’s a shame cause this is my home location. I went through the drive though at about 10:00pm. The guy on the head set exact words says “ hello you’re looking at a 15 min wait for food so do what ever you wish with that information and we are extremely understaffed.” I respect you being under staffed and I respect the wait I will not! And I mean will not stay for the “do with that what you wish”. I was so shocked that everyone in my car just open mouth starred at each other like what did he just say. I think they would have been better off being closed than having this guy work there. I had to settle for Wendy’s which sucks cause it’s not what I wanted at all.

This is the second time now apparently something’s happening and this location is not gonna work for me anymore . I usually like Whataburger during the daytime but I thought what the heck I’ll give it a try and go tonight . absolutely not and if you’re coming off the interstate, keep on driving because this place is absolutely not worth it and I live near there too. It don’t matter if it’s 12 AM or 12 PM it’s gonna take you 30 minutes to get your order and you’re gonna be the only one in line so I absolutely have no idea what’s going on with this place. Employees definitely need to go home or be retrained on customer service. Absolutely not !

Probably one of the worst ones I’ve been to in a while .. waited10 minutes for someone to take my order no one took it mind you no one was in the lobby for the wait to be that long you have worker behind the counter looking lost I’ll take my money somewhere else that want it .
