Love whataburger, been eating it since I was a kid, the people at this location suck. Tried to be as nice and respectful as possible while ordering, man taking my order was nice and respectful too, the lady at the window was not. She was rude and short and listed off my order lazily, I got 4 combos and she only gave me 3 drinks. Seeing as there was 7 cars behind me I decided to go inside to not hold up the line because I know Speed of Service is important, where I proceed to be insinuated to be lying and stealing by asking for my drink they missed. Then mind you I'm driving 20 minutes here and 20 minutes back and the first sandwich I order was wrung up incorrectly, and it wasn't even a overcomplicated order just a sandwich no mustard but it was too hard to press the 1-3 buttons for that I guess, definitely a pass location for me at least for the night crew.

Their breakfast Taquitos are the best. Bacon, egg, cheese, then add the potatoes in the taquito. Can't go wrong.
Currently standing in the lobby waiting on a pickup order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes earlier. On what is a very simple order. (2 cinnamon buns 2 chicken biscuits) Customers have come into the restaurant, stood around for a while and then just left since no one was standing by the registers. No apologies whatsoever from the staff. It's especially frustrating when you still see orders going out through the drive thru. Definitely won't be back to this location if it's this poorly managed.

Donât bother ordering online for curbside pickupâŚYour food will be ready on time but they will make you wait for 20 minutes, and even then youâll have to go inside to pick up your cold food.
I would have opted for drive thru pickup but thatâs not available until 10. Donât offer a service if you arenât going to provide the service.
