I walked into this Whataburger location, I Asked The cashier for a large cup of ice, he threw up his hands Up And shaking his head , Extremely mind blown, by the fact I Wanted a large cup of ice just being slick side, rude, it took for the manager to come from the cooking area to tell him “Give It To Her”like I’m already currently homeless just wanted A cup Of ice to keep myself from getting dehydrated for him to act that way because I wanted a large cup of ice was insane to me

The young lady working the drive thru today was absolutely amazing. She was working hard, had excellent manner and was an absolute breath of fresh air. Many times you get grumpy rude drive thru people but not her! Kiddos to her, the manager who hired her and I hope the owner knows they are doing a great job at this location…you need a hundred more workers just like her!

Food is bad and cold, dudes act put out that serve the food. Go to the one on NW expressway & Mac Arthur, Ken there is awesome and the food is hot and fresh. They actually care about what they are doing what they give you.

Ordered food on the app. Sat in curbside pickup forever, finally went in and they never got my order. The manager told me that they have nothing to do with the app. Lol. Avoid this Whataburger at all cost!
I don’t know what happened recently, but I believe they got a new cook or something because I’ve had undercooked chicken and beef patties about 5 different times lately. It used to not be this way, but whoever is cooking now needs to go. There’s nothing worse than biting into rubbery chicken on the spicy chicken sandwich or biting into a burger and seeing bright pink across the entirety of the patty. The service is also pretty slow, yet they still manage to forget quite a few items. Will not be returning to this location. I’ve been back enough times to see there’s no positive changes happening.

Love whataburger, been eating it since I was a kid, the people at this location suck. Tried to be as nice and respectful as possible while ordering, man taking my order was nice and respectful too, the lady at the window was not. She was rude and short and listed off my order lazily, I got 4 combos and she only gave me 3 drinks. Seeing as there was 7 cars behind me I decided to go inside to not hold up the line because I know Speed of Service is important, where I proceed to be insinuated to be lying and stealing by asking for my drink they missed. Then mind you I'm driving 20 minutes here and 20 minutes back and the first sandwich I order was wrung up incorrectly, and it wasn't even a overcomplicated order just a sandwich no mustard but it was too hard to press the 1-3 buttons for that I guess, definitely a pass location for me at least for the night crew.
