Five stars for great service! I walked in with a complicated birthday breakfast to-go order for my group of a dozen coworkers this morning. They not only turned the large order around in 20 minutes, but also put everyone’s individual order in a labeled bag and packed it all in a complimentary Whataburger reusable tote that we gave as a gift to the birthday celebrant. Whataburger is the perfect encapsulation of the Oklahoma culture. It’s really REALLY good but the concept of timeliness is absolutely lost on them. In terms of “fast” food, the fast part is lost on them. But damnit it’s so good you almost don’t mind.

The manager here went above and beyond to take care of an issue that was really out of her control through the app. Thank you Dee for your help. The staff was really friendly and great about getting it fixed too, and no my order was not wrong, just an app error.
