The young lady working the drive thru today was absolutely amazing. She was working hard, had excellent manner and was an absolute breath of fresh air. Many times you get grumpy rude drive thru people but not her! Kiddos to her, the manager who hired her and I hope the owner knows they are doing a great job at this location…you need a hundred more workers just like her!

Five stars for great service! I walked in with a complicated birthday breakfast to-go order for my group of a dozen coworkers this morning. They not only turned the large order around in 20 minutes, but also put everyone’s individual order in a labeled bag and packed it all in a complimentary Whataburger reusable tote that we gave as a gift to the birthday celebrant. I could not be happier with the service I received from cashier Casey W., and assistance from the kitchen.

Whataburger is the perfect encapsulation of the Oklahoma culture. It’s really REALLY good but the concept of timeliness is absolutely lost on them. In terms of “fast” food, the fast part is lost on them. But damnit it’s so good you almost don’t mind.
