10/28/25 around 10:20am - Ordered my breakfast( 3 Bacon, egg cheese biscuits) requested picante sauce

. No picante sauce no straw. Waited before I pulled off. The guy opened the window I asked, could I get a straw and three picante sauces (2nd request) - he handed me a straw and close the window (no picante sauce) - I waited for about 5 to 7 minutes before he opened the window again I said can I get 3 picante sauce ( 3rd request) . He handed me 2 - I asked again (4th request). Can I have 1 more for total of 3 - Not sure what’s going on at Whataburger this seems ridiculous.

It’s unfortunate. I’m glad Whataburger came to Yukon however, with this type of service, I’m not sure how long they will last.

This place seriously needs to reevaluate how it treats both its employees and customers. I’ve seen teenage employees being made to work full 8-hour shifts with no breaks whatsoever, and managers are actually sending underage workers to grab vapes out of their cars…..which is completely inappropriate and against the law. The lack of compassion and professionalism from management is deeply concerning, and if nothing changes soon, I’ll have no choice but to report this to the Better Business Bureau.

As for the customer experience, it’s not much better. The food takes far too long to prepare, and by the time you finally get it, it tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I’ve literally wasted more money on gas waiting in line than on the meal itself.

This place needs serious management reform before they lose more employees and customers.

Location looks more updated that some of the older locations but pretty average in terms of new buildings. Ordered on a tablet later at night so there was pretty much no human interaction and yet somehow it justified them charging 2$ more that surrounds locations for pretty much no change in taste or quality.

Placed order online, took 10 minutes to drive to location, checked in for curbside and waited an additional 25 minutes for it to be brought out. Then they didn't even have the order right. The fries were cold and the burger was luke warm. I'm beyond ticked off. Don't go here unless you want to wait forever for your food. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

The guy bringing my food from inside to drive thru outside lane was so nice when he took my order and brought my food. He was just a bright spot in a dreary day. It was about 930a this morning. Give that man a raise.

Friday evening dinner time about 8ish. Placed mobile order and waited at least 10 minutes passed thier eta of when order would be ready. The restaurant was not busy, so not sure what the delay was as the food was luke warm at best and fries were horrible. Left out half of our requested condiments. This restaurant has the same type of quality and service as the one in Mustang and we quit going to that one years ago.

Took my lil granddaughter to eat after shopping at Academy. We enjoyed our meals she loves your Chicken Strips with Gravy especially your fries where I love your onion rings with Sweet Spicy Bacon Burger! ❤️

We went there around 10:45 am. No one was at the front but finally a girl came out. She had on a mask up to her eyes and then glasses. I told her I wanted a large number one meal with mustard, pickles and fried onions. Then I said large again. She never looked up. She gave me one of their number cards and my husband ordered a large number one meal. I went to the table. When he came he brought another number card. We put them both on the table. They brought our food but no one came and gave us condiments. I had to chase the girl down to get catsup. Of course I did not get a large meal either, I got a smaller cup and smaller fries. My husband got large. This is just not the service we used to get when we went in there. For what it cost, we probably will not be back. And one other thing, what have you done with real fried onions. The ones I got were dried canned onion. I don't get it.

Customer service is always great and fast but every time I order a chocolate chip cookie they forget to add it in. Usually I check but forgot to this time and came home and the cookie is missing. This is the third time this has happened and im not sure if its intentional.
