Will Rogers Theatre Special Event Venue

Was an amazing venue.

Toward the theatre it’s a great space, doesn’t fit the event I’m trying to run but the venue looks great! Food was tremendous, and Katie was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Will Rodger’s Theater and Tasting Room, and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience, largely thanks to Katie! From the moment I walked in, her professionalism and warmth made me feel welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable and offered great recommendations that truly enhanced my visit.

Katie went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to enjoy my time there. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for her work were evident, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and helpful service, and Katie truly made my visit memorable.

I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the fantastic service for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Katie gave me a tour of the venue and she was AMAZING!! One of the nicest people ever and was super informative.

The tasting room was separate enough for privacy but still easily accessible. Indoor/outdoor seating, ample parking, can walk through to bars and restaurants in the same bldg, or walk to all kinds of other places close by as well.

A beautiful location, excellent space, great service staff, and good (but not the greatest) parking. I had an event, with a bunch of the union workers across Oklahoma attending a banquet here. It's a beautiful, welcoming space. There's a great stage area and a charming feel to the location.

Be sure to check that the parking available is acceptable for your size group.

I helped with a charity event supporting the Rural Gone Urban Foundation and the service at Will Rogers Theater was excellent. The helped us get the room set exactly as we needed it and were very attentive to us the whole day/evening. And the food!! It was amazing. Many in attendance were from the farming/ranching community (a crowd that loves a good steak) and the steak wowed everyone. Thank you!

We recently held an event at the Will Rogers Theatre special event venue and were blown away by the care and professionalism exhibited to us and our 400 guests. Katie and Tommie were absolutely amazing and such a blessing to us. We plan on using this facility for our future events.

I liked the venue.

I visited, as a guest, for a birthday party. The staff was very helpful and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived until I exited the venue. There was a large dance floor complete with a live DJ, several casino tables were setup and operated by a professional staff for entertainment, a very nice bar which served beer, wine and mixed drinks, enough guest tables with decorations to serve all the guest, and finally a full buffet with a delicious dinner.

I did not talk to anyone who was not extremely pleased with the venue.

It was a pleasure to host this year's Wrongful Conviction Day at Will Rogers Theatre! Katie and Tommie assisted us with every detail and the event went on without a hitch.

Katie, at the Will Rogers Theatre was our event coordinator for my Daughter's wedding a few weeks ago and I couldn't have been more pleased. She responded quickly to texts and emails, she always made me feel as though our event was the most important, and she thought of everything! It was a pleasure to work with her and she is a great asset to that beautiful space.
