Ordered delivery with app at 1pm. Waited for 30 minutes as the email said. Called and an hold until drove there to see what was wrong with order and they had phone on mute. No manager on site so left my phone number for them to call me (nobody called me). Drove back home without any help or money back. Realized they made order and delivered at 3pm and I wasn't home so it was cold when I arrived. Wrote to Wingstop on webpage. Still waiting for an answer.

Everyone is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The reason their food takes OVER AN HOUR to prepare is because all of the women working keep walking around on their cell phones and going outside to vape. No one that works here takes their job seriously whatsoever. I don’t know how corporate hasn’t come in and fired the entire crew. Customer service = unacceptable. Wait time = unacceptable. Quality of food = unacceptable.

put in a walk in order waited 45 mins .asked the cashier how much longer she said 15 min. I asked for a refund so the cashier had to get her manager. she took her time i waited the 15 mins just to get the refund walked next door to a restaurant had my food 15 mins later. Will not be coming back a hour for 6 wings is ridiculous

We placed an order at 10:06pm , the app said it would be ready at 10:24pm & an hour later we’re still inside the Wingstop trying to get our order. There are other people in line saying they’ve been waiting over an hour. I see the reviews saying the people that work at this location take 45 minutes to make 10 wings , guess they broke that record with taking over an hour. We’ll never be back to this location.

These workers are rude and lazy. You walk in and they are very rude and bothered. They close 20 minutes early. Every single worker has an attitude every single time I’ve come in. I hate coming to this wingstop for this reason exactly. The food takes so long 30 minutes to an hour. I came to pick up food and it was never made, I wanted a refund and they said it would be a couple days and never got my refund. Very poor service and workers very rude.
