Got the 24 piece meal 12 of the wings were supposed to be Louisiana rub but were plain with no seasoning. We didn't have our veggie straws that came with it. None of the wings were even half saucy. They are basically a plain wing with a pinch of spices or half coated in their sauce.

This place has gone downhill. I placed an online order. Arrived 30min later, having to wait a brief moment while they put my order together, not a big deal right. My orders going to be fresh! Wrong... I ordered 8 original and 8 of their sweet chili glaze with some fries. The wings are super dry and over cooked, and I got soggy mashed potatoes for my fries. It's been a couple of years since I've eaten at this location, and I now know why.

I would give no stars if I could, this is my 3rd time ordering from this store trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, each time I get my food nothing is right in my order, the wings are always sloppy and never dipped right looks like they just threw the sauce into the box with the wings instead of actually doing their job, last time they gave me a nasty Dr Pepper…you can tell when a fountain is out, this time gave me nasty coke when I asked for a Dr Pepper, fries were cold, and wings still look the same, it’s ridiculous, y’all need to hire people who likes to do their job, and not just come in to play and get a check. It’s not that hard to follow instructions or do your job.
