2nd time this has happened; placed order from their website, waited the 40 min (no more 15-20min wait times?) & upon arrival didn't have order ready or even queued. Finally found it but I had to be one to ask multiple times did they even have it, even after they looked at ph to confirm there was a paid order placed. Cook was nice enough to rush order. Cashier comped me a drink, after I asked. No hint of apology from anyone. The whole staff seemed bit overwhelmed(they appeared fully staffed too, not shorthanded). When a couple walked in off street, they were told would take 50 min for an order, 50 min!?! Wow They left... Wingstop is my go-to when I treat myself to a $20 wing meal but will call it in from now on.

Ordered garlic parm , hickory smoked bbq , spicy Korean q and mild boneless wings with fries and 3 drinks , fries were very salty the hickory smoked bbq wings were the hottest of the batch , the garlic parm wings were everyone’s favorite !!
The wings don't taste the same. The sauce covers the taste but when you have no sauce they taste nasty. The wings were nasty big. Made my stomach upset. Service was good though but no more wingstop for me.
Tried to call in an order. I got some automated computer voice. The computer couldn’t understand my question (just wanted to confirm which location I was ordering from) so it transferred me to a call center. The call center didn’t know anything about the order I’d just spent entering into the computer. Very lame experience! Maybe I’m getting old but I think you should be able to talk to someone at the actual restaurant when you call in to order food.
Also I was trying Wing Stop for the first time in several years after the 23rd Street location gave me horrible food poisoning. I want to be able to enjoy Wing Stop but they don’t make it easy!

Now wingstop.... you know you guy's wrong. Need a better way to get in contact with concerning customers. Because yall don't answer calls to fix situations you cause. Y'all Canceled my order (not sure why) but I need my money refunded as soon as possible because it's the second day without my returned money. As well no WINGSSSS. DO BETTER, I NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT QUICK BECAUSE IM STILL ON HOLD ON THE PHONE. Run me my MONEY‼️‼️

Missing from order & called was told they were closed So I paid $30 for literally 10 wings and fries.
I order 15 wings bone in & 5 boneless plus ranch fries which I didn't receive.
