This particular location is often backed up. Something that is not their fault is the online system. If your meal is going to be late the should have something updating you. Instead of going to the restaurant and then they tell you and additional 30 minutes. Almost a hour for a 6 piece is ridiculous!

I placed an online delivery order, and I received it the meal was wrong. I contacted them to possibly get a refund, the right order and they told me they would the money back to my card. But I haven’t received a refund in 3 weeks

For a company that serves nothing but dead bird arms , you would think they could be done with the cooking part quicker... you can easily leave dead flesh on the counter for hours before it goes to bad. Any amount of wait is unrealistic and kinda disrespectful. They could have gotten it done for me 10 minutes ago as it would've been 20 min after i placed the order still, But customer service is not big thing....

11/15 order put as a carryout after I entered info for free delivery, phone lines have been rolled and I can't reach anyone....2 weeks ago the driver ate our food never was delivered had to b re-made.....starting to have to many issues

Why would you give me an 8 piece when I paid for a 10!!!!😡😡😡 sincerely a freaking big back who does not play about her food. If I wanted sub par service I'd go to the wingstop closest to my house. Dang it!!! Uggh!!!

Very good experience tonight. Crew was efficient, service was great, store was clean, and we were in and out quick dining in. They were slightly busy, but had the food out in 12-15 mins. Every employee was working hard, and super friendly I couldn’t tell who was in charge! Great job!

We got food here for dinner and we got the wrong order. We respectfully let them know. The Guy at the register with the Hair bun told us “ that has nothing to do with us, you placed the order wrong” while being on his phone the whole time. we reference the original receipt so he can see we had order classic instead of boneless and he proceeded to tell us that’s not what it says in the receipt before he even looks at it. He finally looked at it and asked us what we ordered again and proceeds to tell us to write it down. It doesn’t matter how good the food is, it goes a long way for a place to have a little bit of professionalism

I ordered 20 boneless wings and 20 traditional wings, but they only gave me the boneless ones. When I complained about the missing half of my order, they refused to give me the traditional wings I had already paid for. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Paying for something and not receiving it is unacceptable. Terrible experience – I will not be ordering from here again.
