Food was okay but the drinks were absolutely disgusting! Ordered my son a coke to go with his meal, and he couldn't even drink it because of how bitter it was due to lack of carbonation.

I never like to give out bad reviews, but this place deserves it. The customer service was bad, I was completely ignored and not even acknowledged for 10 minutes, and my order was ready the entire time. finally got my order and I left. I dont go to wingstop for the service, but for the food. First of all, I ordered 3 ranches, I only got one.... I was missing a couple wings…. Thats not even the worst part, it’s the fact that the food was made with such laziness is insane. I’m not asking for it to be perfect, but at least try. they just sprinkled some sauce on the top and called it day. They didnt care to mix it or anything. Straight up just put some sauce once and thats it. In the photo, its the BBQ sauce, which I have gotten before and it is usually fully or mostly covered. This had almost nothing. I have no words.

Got cursed out by the employee and then the manger on duty that night they wanted 70 bucks for their online menu we were ordering when if we paid online it was 35 bucks This place needs new employees and management No customer deserves to be treated the way I was treated

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unprofessional conduct of the night manager at the Wingstop Sw 104th branch a couple days ago. During my visit, I witnessed the manager speaking to a crew member in a manner that was not only disrespectful but also completely inappropriate.
The tone and language used were harsh and demeaning, creating an uncomfortable environment for employee. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in a customer-facing role. It reflects poorly on the management and the values of Wingstop as a whole. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all staff members are treated with respect and dignity.

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to after I picked up my order from Wingstop. First off I didn’t receive the number of wings ordered. I can deal with that. But when you completely overcook them, have very little flavoring on them and there’s no meat on the bone I have to say something. We usually do not have issues with this location but we will not go back.
