We got food poisoning last night from our order. My hubby & I have both been sick since eating our online order of the boneless wings 20 piece special. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Workers came across distracted with their own personal conversations (not work related) and could use some customer service training.

After mistakenly placing a pickup order instead of a delivery order, I called the restaurant to address the issue. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was noticeably discourteous, despite my polite demeanor. While I was still talking, the employee abruptly ended the call. As a result, I had to call back to request the cancellation of my order. 0 Stars

Do not go here. They got my order completely wrong. They gave me 1/4 of the flavors I actually ordered. I also found a piece of plastic in my chicken. The people were friendly when I picked it up but NOT AT ALLL worth it!!!

I’ve always come in to this location because I’ve liked service here better than somewhere else, but yesterday that I’ve ordered online and picked up my order was a little different. Once I’ve picked my order up I had asked the girl with glasses upfront counter if I could still get my wings wet and add a little more original hot sauce on top because when I ordered online they didn’t have the option to make them wet. She replied with ā€œYour order has been made and ready so I don’t think soā€ which I haven’t had this problem. I continued and said I understand my order is ready but I just want a little extra sauce on top so they won’t be dry and she continued to say your order is ready so I don’t think so, I said ok and just purchased a side of original hot. Minding I work in customer service and have a small business & we work to provide the best service to costumers and make the best experience there. As well when I purchased more than one side on top of my online order the employee didn’t even say thank you and hesitated to even make a side like I asked right for me. Then she continued to put my second order on the counter & leave it there smh. Everyone else has been so nice there and she just mad me not buy from this location again if I can drive far away to another location I will.
