I’ve always come in to this location because I’ve liked service here better than somewhere else, but yesterday that I’ve ordered online and picked up my order was a little different. Once I’ve picked my order up I had asked the girl with glasses upfront counter if I could still get my wings wet and add a little more original hot sauce on top because when I ordered online they didn’t have the option to make them wet. She replied with “Your order has been made and ready so I don’t think so” which I haven’t had this problem. I continued and said I understand my order is ready but I just want a little extra sauce on top so they won’t be dry and she continued to say your order is ready so I don’t think so, I said ok and just purchased a side of original hot. Minding I work in customer service and have a small business & we work to provide the best service to costumers and make the best experience there. As well when I purchased more than one side on top of my online order the employee didn’t even say thank you and hesitated to even make a side like I asked right for me. Then she continued to put my second order on the counter & leave it there smh. Everyone else has been so nice there and she just mad me not buy from this location again if I can drive far away to another location I will.

The front desk man was acting strange and i saw a older gal walk in with two minute lemonade adult beverages they were not wearing gloves and the food was okay
Parking: Its okay had to race people to parking spots

Got there to pick up my order the fries are hard overdone not very tasty maybe old and all of the pop was out on the machine and had to wait till it got changed but cashier seemed nice.
Parking: I had to park at the very end of the shopping center. There was no parks available.

2nd time coming here and always mess up my order some how rather their busy or not there’s always a confusion on my order yes we are all human but dang every time this time chick over the phone wants to get rude with me over the phone and tells me to reorder online I told her why should I if that will only delay my order either or i still had to pay for 3 extra fries, honestly this place is just a no go for me I try my best to give a restaurant a couple of try’s before anything but they always have some excuse for something

I ordered wing combo with seasoned fries ,I did delivery the fries were burnt and not seasoned , we couldn’t eat them don’t order the fries unless you are in the store and can ask to recook

Placed an $80 order and got everything wrong!!! All the boneless wings were bone in and all the bone in wings were boneless. When we asked for them to fix it, their answer was tough luck. What a horrible place!!! It was my son’s birthday dinner, and we couldn’t get what we ordered.
