The food at Wingstop is always really great. The service has gotten a little bit better over the past few months. Sometimes the staff is a little short, but understandably it is always very busy at this location off of Penn. This is my go to place for wings for an easy carry out night.

I tried placing an order at 10:20pm on the app. It wouldn’t let me. So I called the store at about 10:25pm. I was pulling in the parking lot when the person answered the phone and I told her I was trying to place an order but it wouldn’t let me. She put me on hold, but I was walking in the store right when she put me on hold. It was around 10:28pm now. She was like they close at 10:30pm. So I was like well it’s not 10:30pm yet. But she still wouldn’t let me order. So if I’m in the store before 10:30 why can’t I order my food? I’ve been going to this location for years. After this, they don’t have to worry about me coming back. I’ll just drive out the way to go to another location.

Used to have a glowing review here but this location's gone downhill since. Had 2 wrong orders in a row, called both times, got put on hold for a few minutes, someone then picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying anything both times.Popeyes level customer service right there

Super over seasoned ,takes a looooonnngggg time for order to be ready and they are known to mess orders up (speaking from experience) I highly highly recommend save ya money n buy something else for the daily not worth it TRUST ME ON THIS ONE 02/27/24 7pm they need a whole revamped team,PS ol girl over seasoning fries and wing was sneezing non stop n not once she stepped to the side Jus sneeze on her elbow???♂️?♂️ and for employee of the month her service was not all that

WORST PLACE IN OKLAHOMA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SERVICE IS TRASHCAN NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHTSLOW AS A TURTLERUDETHE PLACE STINKSTHE EMPLOYEES ALL SMELL LIKE WEED & ALCOHOL I ORDER ONLINE @9:02Got to the place @9:37 to let them know i was here … waited until 9:56 to ask how long until mine was ready… and they tell me rudely … “WE HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON IT” … then i asked for a refund … the lady gets smart and say “well obviously if you ordered on the app you have to get a refund on the app”… then i say ok well let me get the receipt.. she tells me … no.. but i can take A picture and leave .. im beyond pissed don’t ever go here .. (this was the down played version of what happen but you get my point) CLOSE THIS PLACE ASAP.. and fire everyone.

Terrible service, very unorganized and unprofessional. Management needs to do better only 5 people in the store. I was the only one in line and they had two people handling take out orders, never asked me if I needed help or told me to wait a moment. No star is what’s needed. Worst experience I’ve ever had at 42 year of age. Terrible service
