I made the mistake of ordering the boneless wings. Apparently, they weren't microwaved long enough. The meat was colder than the dipping sauces. My fries were not in a sealed container and I'm convinced that I will NEVER order from Wingstop again. We all have bad days but this was BAD 👎! My March Madness turned into March Misery😟.

Everyone always raves about wingstop, so this is my second time trying it ever at this location. Everything was just too greasy and extremely salty both times- I don’t know if it’s just this location or if that’s just how everything is supposed to taste. This place is small and you can tell that they probably get some clientele that aren't ideal.for keeping your location in the most pristine condition.(auto lock keypad on the bathroom.) However, the service is exceptional. I wish that I'd gotten the gentleman at the counters name because he really should be recognized for his exemplary service. I'm half tempted to go back in and try to hire him out from under you. Food was hot, fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned, what more could you ask for. Again though service was incredible he was able to interact with each guests 6 total in line, but he made each feel like they were the only ones there and were the most important person to come in that day. Great job!

I heard that this is the best location mostly due to the service and time it takes them, I had a good experience at this location, they were quick to greet me and take my order. Only complaint would be that the most of my frys were tail end bits.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this location!! We live by one by choose this location because the freshness of food and the great customer service the night shift gives!! We go at least 1x a week! They are friendly and as fast as they can be even thru the dinner rushes. Thank u wingstop on Nw expressway! Keep up the hard work!!!

Not a clean place. Chicken strips are extremely oily. And overall taste is bad. Came in with very high expectations and was disappointingly shocked. Will never be going back again.

We eat at Wing Stop because my family loves the wings. We went here just after opening (1115am) and ordered a 15 wing combo and a sandwich combo. At 1145am we were still waiting on our food - time stamped by the receipt they gave us. We asked where our food was and whoops, they forgot. There really was no excuse, we were the second people to order from them the whole day. It’s kind of funny the boy who checked us out actually asked us to fill out the review on the receipt before we got our food. The AC was set to full blast (60F) which was freezing as it was barely 60F outside. My whole family complained with running noses that it was too cold. The floor was also greasy and so nasty that I could do the moonwalk across it. Gross. The bathrooms are deadbolts and require a key. Then there’s the food - it was meh. The fries were undercooked, the wings were OK, and my sandwich was way over done. By the time we were through we were too cold and tired to complain and left. Not worth it. I normally love the food but now with the severe decline in service we will be looking elsewhere - perhaps somewhere that doesn’t require a bulletproof vest.
