At this point, it's really my fault for continuing to order from this place. Every time I show up after the estimate for my meal, and the employees are so high, and just don't care that they keep you waiting for 45 minutes to an hour after your order was supposed to be ready

At around noon on Nov 3, 2025 I sat there waiting for a pickup order and watched two individuals walk in, help themselves to ice and strawberry Fanta into their personal XL tumbler cup, briefly discuss the prospect of purchasing a Wingstop franchise location, and then go to the counter and order a small fry and a single wing, and pay with change. They refilled the tumbler with strawberry Fanta no less than three times. Unsanitary, didn't pay for it, and the two overburdened and undoubtedly underpaid employees didn't even notice or care. It was a pretty typical universal Wingstop experience.

Wow wing stop really where is the lemon pepper I ordered for my wings and why is the Parmesan garlic barely added to the wings as well smh to be skippy on seasonings is super ridiculous especially for the price do better because this was beyond disappointing 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The fries tasted like sugar we had to wait. 35 mins for a walk in order. And the wings tasted like nothing but Parmesan.
This place is NEVER on time if you order from the app. If you order from the app, expect an addition 20 min minimum. Doesn’t matter if you are here during peak times or not. I think when you order on the app, they don’t start making it until you show up.

the excellent service I received at your Northwest Express location. While I'm a frequent Wingstop customer, this was my first visit to this particular restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed.
The restaurant was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff were clearly working diligently and efficiently to fulfill orders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. I was particularly pleased with the friendly and welcoming service provided by Tiara, who worked as the host. Her positive attitude contributed significantly to my positive experience.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service. I will certainly be returning to this location again in the future.
