This place is NEVER on time if you order from the app. If you order from the app, expect an addition 20 min minimum. Doesn’t matter if you are here during peak times or not. I think when you order on the app, they don’t start making it until you show up.

the excellent service I received at your Northwest Express location. While I'm a frequent Wingstop customer, this was my first visit to this particular restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed.

The restaurant was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff were clearly working diligently and efficiently to fulfill orders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. I was particularly pleased with the friendly and welcoming service provided by Tiara, who worked as the host. Her positive attitude contributed significantly to my positive experience.

Thank you for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service. I will certainly be returning to this location again in the future.

The food was nothing but abysmal. The fries were soggy, the wings were overcooked, and the chicken sandwich was subpar. I’d add that the school chicken sandwich are better quality. The people were nice but they didn’t remove the pickles off from the sandwiches (Even though we’ve clearly stated no pickles) The wings tasted horrible and we had to spit it out. If you’re thinking about going to wingstop, rethink your decision and go somewhere your appetite will be ruined.

Shorted my order by 4 wings, no season on the fries, had to go back in and ask them to do so. We always order EXTRA season for the simple fact that they never season them. Childish staff and a manager that lets them act careless. Every order I've had at this location has been wrong. I will GLADLY drive an extra 20 minutes to a different location.

Went in to make a Togo order and the place was busy I was greeted immediately. The line moved quickly and orders went out the doors constantly. I have been to this particular location many times and always greeted and have fast service. The food orders are always correct. The team they have at this particular location know what they are doing. The food is consistently hot and fresh.

It was our first time visiting time visiting and we had lots of questions, and Tony was working the front counter. He answered everything 👏 he had a great attitude 👏 and he kept a smile while doing it! The food was hot, fresh and extremely delicious. 😋 we also thought that they were a To-Go only, (and honestly that's why we delayed trying wingstop), but we were pleasantly surprised to find a small dining area, and they were welcoming and friendly! We'll definitely be trying them again soon to be able to try more flavors. And they have wonderful homemade ranch! 😋 Thank you for such a great lunch!

First time having wingstop. Terrible tasting boneless wings, gave us the wrong order and even checked the bag before they gave it to us. I wouldn’t go there again the place even looks like it has roaches in it. The French fries were bottom barrel soggy and cold and tasting sweet?? We didn’t even order the fries.

I was there for about 10 minutes and while he was using his cell phone, the staff was contaminating the food. I think it's bad that they don't have the necessary hygiene and they had a lot of people waiting.

Should not take twenty minutes to deep fry some wings and fries. Manager was in the lobby, speaking loudly on the phone while using his computer. No concern for those eating, no concern for his employees. Most important NOT A SINGLE CARE for the customers waiting.

If I could give them 0/5 i definitely would it takes 2 hours just to get my food I placed an order at 8:30pm I didn’t get my food till 10:30 I feel like this is unacceptable this is not right it shouldn’t take that long just to get some food it should’ve been done at 9:30’if anything there was nobody in line or anything when in the store the service was definitely poor n the food was not even hot
