Two occasions in a row did not go well. First was a large order for a birthday party. This one was not made and we ended up eating chicken from Chick-fil-A. I figured this was just a one-off and placed another order tonight. This One did not go well either. At this point not worth my time of detailing and wasting more of my time in this review. After looking at the reviews, looks like we're not the only ones that have had problems. I guess I should have read the reviews first LOL.

Everyone that works behind that counter was slow or either high, second time going in and they tried saying we didn't make an order because they didn't want to cook. After showing the receipt I had to wait an extra thirty minutes for them to finally start cooking. This place needs new management for sure

The wings were over way over seasoned and SALTY. Fries are gross and the fact I had to wait 45 mins for my food. Also this place inside is disgusting. Dust every where and the floor is greasy.

This place is horrible. Long wait times just to receive either an incorrect meal or overcooked meal. They’re never friendly. Also, they play inappropriate music, with profanity and derogatory language. Corporate needs to come through and retrain them or find new staff.

Why even take mobile orders if you're not going to start cooking the order until people arrive? It wasn't always this way. The last three times I've waited until my time and showed up only to have to give my name and then they start making my food and I'm waiting for 30 minutes. It's garbage. I might as well just order when I get here! And I'm pretty sure the dude at the register is high af all the time.

I came in outof town with wingstop on my mind for over a month, pretty disappointed. Even though I watched them cook them fresh, they tasted as if they were 3 hours. Old sitting under a heat lamp all day. Why are we overcooking wings? And I'd also appreciate if the employees could act like and order coming through needed to be started right away. I didn't like waiting for thirty minutes for 8 pieces of chicken.

Always a great idea to do wing stop. They are everything wings. All the flavors you could ever eat and then some. They also have all the kinds of wings you like. It’s a you pick em special at their restaurants. I always think of them first when I think about wings.

Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Slow SERVICE! Walk In or Online be prepared to wait longer than it should. I counted 7 people but they were all just kinda standing around. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Hire and Train your staff to work more efficiently especially on busy nights.
