I had not dined in a wingstop since 2019 as they normally have all the chair up. Until I came here at 23rd - that customer service was excellent! Very helpful very nice service! And the place was so clean ! I will start driving to come to this wing stop instead . Very great customer service! Thank you 😊

I've posted positive Google reviews experiences about the same restaurant about the day time management. This manger is more than amazing and makes this place of business look good. Hes awesome and makes me smile with every visit. He even checks with is customers making them feel welcome and satisfied. But this younger evening manager is far much more horrible than the other middle aged evening female management. The younger one gave me 17 flats and 4 drums in a 20 piece classic and gave me a small cup of ranch vs the 3.99 one that I purchased and just sd they don't have any without crediting me the difference. Half of the order was cold and the other half was warm. I am handicap so I called and the manager was super RUDE!!! Refused to fix my order and told me I need to just come in rather than sending my teen daughter whose legs works well for my walking. Telling someone disabled to get up and come in despite my handicap and clear signage on my car verifying the fact she was still insensitive about my surprised dissatisfaction based on great previous encounters with other staff. I want a refund or a remake of my order remade!!!!!!! Please discipline her for actions and disrespect. This was a horrible experience. Until this issue is resolved I don't plan to revisit this business and possibly express my disapproval. Tha k you

When I last visited the location, I had what I considered a simple order: 10 boneless Cajun wings. When asked for my name, I used my last name since it’s very hard to mess up. When I got home, I realized that not only my last name was butchered (with an extra and wrong letter added), my entire order was wrong. I somehow was given 10 Bone-in original hot wings. I was actually perplexed at how badly my order was mishandled. The only reason my rating isn’t one star is because a worker gave me a cup as I waited about 15 minutes for my order.

I had an order issue that was due to a combination of an online error and a mistake on my part that caused it to place two orders instead of one. I couldn't get through to the call center so I immediately drove to the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They already had both orders ready and it had only been maybe 10-15 min since I had placed the order which was impressive. The employee on the register immediately understood the situation and got the manager who was very kind and took my order info to process a refund. They seemed busy too but handled the situation very professionally and quickly. The food was delicious and hot. Watch out for those atomic wings they're ?!
