The food was okay. The fries was fresh, but had too much seasoning. Customer service wasn't up to par due them not accepting a $100 bill, which it was a good thing that I had smaller bills. I was almost turned down by a business that pretty much said my money isn't good there because of the size of the bill. Stores should be prepared for this. No money should be turned down.

I usually only leave reviews for fast-food places after a few frustrating visits—typically when things get forgotten over and over. But this Wingstop deserves a review for the exact opposite reason. They’ve been absolutely outstanding.
Every time I’ve ordered, my food has been ready within the quoted time, my order has been accurate, and they’ve never once forgotten the sauce (which is a small miracle these days). One time I even got home to find a surprise order of fries tucked in the bag—definitely a nice bonus.
Out of all the Wingstop locations I’ve tried, this one is by far the spot to get your wing fix. Consistent, reliable, and genuinely a cut above the rest. Highly recommend!

That girl Aryana is either poorly trained or likes to purposely mess up orders. I never have gotten an order made correctly if she is working. I walked in today and didn't realize the order she was finishing was mine and she was dousing my fries in garlic parmesan, mind you I put extra fry seasoning on the order form. Do I go back to get the order fixed, no because why would I have the person who consistently screws up my order remake the order, I don't trust her to.

I got mine to go so I had the Original Hot sauce on the side, so the skin would remain crispy, and tossed them at home. Perfect...EVERY TIME!!

Go to the NW expressway or Penn location if you can. This location will get your order wrong guaranteed. I've ordered online for pick up at this location and on door-dash. BOTH times the orders have been absolutely wrong. They are willing to fix it if you bring it to their attention, but it's very frustrating to get an incorrect order on multiple occasions.

This is a new location, but it already feels run-down because of the people running it. The food tastes horrible, just greasy and nasty. Don’t waste your money here

I have ordered from this location three times. And all three times they have messed up my order. The first time we were missing fries and the wing flavors we were given were not the ones we ordered. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct our order, which was still wrong. But we hadn’t recheck until we got home. The second time they gave us someone else’s order. And the third time we were missing wings. When we called they put the blame on door dash even though the order was placed through the wingstop website and the charge was from wingstop.
