I ordered online. When I arrived, around 1:30 pm on a Thursday, there was literally no one in the restaurant. I stood at the counter and waited for a long time and no one came. Finally, I started yelling “Hello? Is anyone here?” Eventually, after serval minutes of me yelling, a girl and a guy appeared from around the back corner and walked slowly towards me. They offered no explanation and certainly no apology for the inconvenience. However, the girl did wish me a nice day in a sarcastic manner on my way out.

Man y'all making some good wings in here. Every time I order it's always crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy on the inside. Service is always super, y'all so relaxed and chill it's my kind of vibe. Orders on app say 15 minutes, it's always done way faster.
The only downside is that y'all are so good I keep coming back too often, so now I gotta eat less so that I don't gain more weight 😂 Seriously though, I appreciate y'all, thank you for your hard work!

this location specifically takes entirely too long. they will cancel your order after over an hour of ordering it if they’re “too busy” (its 3pm on a monday btw.. no rush hour at all😂). i recommend going to a different location.

Hardest working woman I have seen since Covid!!! I never been here before so I decided to give it a try, I was welcomed by a young girl names Tearra. I was only going to order the 10 piece combo, but was upsold on many more pieces to try all the flavors they offered. The wait wasn’t bad and the cashier had done such a great job I did the survey for her. I wish I had taken a picture of all the food I ordered but you’ll see the after math and I got the receipt to prove it. While I was there I really couldn’t believe how many orders they were getting. It was insane in an hour I was there they easily had done over 800 wings. And they just kept pushing through order after order, nothing bad to say about this place only that is full of some hard workers. And for everyone that’s impatient I bet half of this people complaining because I did read the reviews before I wrote mine. Just be a little considerate and patient everyone I saw there was just killing it. Everyone was helping everyone. Here are some pics I took

It is a sweat shop in there the a/c doesnt work in the back so employees are constantly sweating going outside and being in a cooler to stay cool. The wing sauce is essentially just butter with spices in it, turns into mushy like substance when watered down. The smell you get while being in this facility is just a very bad greasy smell. My food took over an hour to make and i had a boneless wing order i will never be coming again
I couldn't eat the wings, because they were hard. The fries was good.

Love it! The wings were a decent size, and had great flavor. It tasted like they may have cooked them a little longer but honestly I liked it even better! I haven’t personally been inside this location so I have no opinion on their service, but my food and experience through DoorDash has been great!
Edit* We picked up our order at this location last night and although the food was delicious once again, I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the girl at the front counter. It’s like we ruined her night before we even spoke a word to her. I can understand having a bad night, but she was joking with the people that were in front of us, so who knows why she acted mad about grabbing our pick up order.

I came to eat some wings not expecting some lemons pepper wings with a side of attitude,janiyah the one who took my order kicked us out 20 minutes earlier and started getting mad I will never return again!!!!

My husband and I ordered door dash from this Wingstop for the first time tonight and will never do so again. The wait time according to the app stated that it would arrive within 45-50 minutes, which was long, but we wanted the wings so we ordered. About 30 minutes later our dasher texted me and told me he was there, and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes before our food was going to be ready to go out the door. When it finally arrived, it came without the drinks we ordered. The delivery guy said that he was never given our drinks, so we called Wingstop to try to rectify the situation. When my husband spoke with the person that answered he was told that we would have to go down to Wingstop to show our receipt in order to get our drinks. He told her no we ordered our food for delivery for a reason because we did not want to have to leave our home to pick it up. He then asked to speak with the manager. The manager's name is Andre and when he came on to the phone we explain the situation and he was nothing but rude and did not offer any kind of a reprieve for their mistake. At this point we decided to go down to the store itself to just get our money back. When we came into the Wingstop we spoke directly to Andre who is completely rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. The other employees in the Wingstop were also making statements that were also rude and unwarranted. Will NEVER go back!
