My daughter has been coming since she was 6 years old. She's learned discipline, skills, and, above all, that with hard work she can achieve different goals. Everyone is very professional. We love it!

I found Golden Tiger by Googling "best martial arts for older women." I ran for decades. 5Ks, half marathons, the OKC Memorial Marathon, etc. I loved it, and I was healthy and happy. And then I turned 50. My hips and knees did the exact thing people had been warning me they would do, and said, "You know what, Shell? It's been great, but we're done." I also became increasingly intolerant of outdoor exercise, with asthma that could not handle Oklahoma's dusty air. This was all so depressing. I had to reimagine myself in a weirdly fundamental way--I thought of myself as A Runner, but how can I be A Runner if I don't run? WHO AM I? I decided to short circuit the looming existential (and physical health) crisis by finding a completely different thing to do. Not a cheap dupe of running that would always remind me of losing the original, but something exciting and new that would feel like a choice. Thus the Googling. I initially chose Golden Tiger because it's close to me and had excellent reviews. I have stayed for over a year now because it is everything I was searching for and more. It provides exercise but is low impact and adaptable to varying fitness levels. Best of all, the classes are intellectually engaging; I have learned so much. The self defense practice is empowering. The forms take concentration, which I love, and swinging nunchucks is a blast. If you're worried about taking up taekwondo later in life, don't be--I am not the only middle-aged woman there! I still miss running, but I am truly enriched by GTMA and its talented instructors and vibrant curriculum. Highly recommend.

You have to be very careful and give an exceptional tip or the driver will spit on your wings and tell you how she appreciated the tip so much! HORRIBLE!

The food is sooooooooooo good.

I am not a big fan of wings. I really don't like any meat on the bone. But I especially don't like wings, because there's not much meat on them. But they are all the rage now, so I feel I have to give this place an honest effort. The people I have talked to say it's very good, so I guess I will have to go by their judgment. So I give it 4 stars.

Like the food, but they won't deliver to Williamson Farms which is only 7 miles to the southwest of them. Apparently corporate says it's too far to keep the food warm. I don't buy it. It's a huge neighborhood...a gold mine for a company interested in making money. Very disappointing.

Same as everyone else on here. Poor service. Walked in, there was no hostess or anyone in sight. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes, and never were even acknowledged, even though someone came to bring food to the table next to us. There were only 4 customers in the restaurant, so I figured there wasn't enough staff. I went to find someone and there were 6-8 employees in the back jacking with each other. The woman that brought the food to the table next to us came out and asked if she could help me. I asked her if we needed to order at the counter and she said not if we were dining in. I informed her that we planned on dining in and she told me she would get our server. I went and sat back down and waited. Another 10 minutes went by without any sign of service. At that time we decided that our money was better spent somewhere else and we got up and left.

Ordered a large stuffed crust, got home and it was not stuffed crust. It looks like it was made over an hour ago, hard as a rock and cold. Not happy. All American Pizza from now on.

service has gone downhill lately. Be ready for a long wait if you visit. Pizza is still good though.
