My wife and I ate here and ordered the seasonal drink, Kawii Collins. Perfect balance between sweetness and refreshing. Added bonus, Eric was a star and made our evening! My wife ordered the Volcano roll and I ordered the Rising Sun roll. Simply put, the best sushi I have ever tasted. That sauce that comes with it, is outrageous. Can’t wait to come back!

We listened that Yokozuma had a HAPPY HOUR 2-5pm. Me and my wife sometimes go to Top Golf and we decided since it was close we could go play golf then go eat on Yokozuma. We made a reservation to 2pm (to get the happy hour special). We arrived at the place around 1:55pm, went to the table, few minutes later we started to order. We order 4 plates. The 1st one we ordered Guioza steamed, it came fried, not big deal, we ate it. We finshed eat all and the bill came on regular price. The restaurant was empty, we asked about the special and the server went to talk to the manager. She came back saying the manager couldnt do nothing bc "we opened the tab" before 2pm.Sounds like a joke, the reservation was 2pm, we didnt order before 2pm, maybe we got seats 2 minutes earlier but the manager couldnt do nothing??Was not a big deal, maybe $8 more expensive but this is exactly how we measure CUSTOMER SERVICE!BTW, after all this I still left 20% tips what was almost double of the discount we would had on Happy Hour special.

Escolar was excellent, and service well above average. Sake was asked for extra hot and was still below sipping temperature at serving and in general food prep could use honing. Still my second favorite for sushi in okc and a more accessible location.

I have been here a few times, and the food was good, and the staff were great. But I came in at 8:15PM, sat down at the bar, because I had one night to myself, and the first thing the bar tender says is, this is last call on drinks and food. How can you do last call at 8:15, at a restaurant that says open until 9PM. I would have ordered, ate, and been out before they even closed. This type of customer service is so tacky to me, that I just decided to leave and eat somewhere else, not to mention a couple seated at a table near the bar, stated loudly, “last call”, like they were confused also. I bartend at a restaurant here, and my managers would have been very upset had we done that.

Came in tonight and ordered $100+ worth of food for my children and I……. When I walked in… no one greeted me, I mentioned that. Bad customer service. It’s just not warm and welcoming. Kinda like just give me your money and go. This was my second time visiting. First time the manager was very kind and heartfelt. This time she wasn’t there and it was a totally different vibe. Workers seemed to have poor attitudes. It’s a celebration night for my family and I rather much had Whataburger and saved a few bucks. I paid extra for fried rice that was still giving plain white rice….. no soul innit. I probably won’t return. Good prices, good portions but that’s about it.

100% do not recommend. Ordered ramen tonight to go and got home and it does not even have enough broth to cover the noodles, missing toppings, and has zero flavor. Tastes like top ramen to be honest. I called up and spoke to the manager in training Shelby, who stated she would speak to the kitchen staff but offered no resolution. My wife then called and spoke to her explaining our issue and she was very defensive to begin with. She was talking over my wife and not allowing her to speak. She stated again that she spoke to the kitchen staff and there is a language barrier and said “ I don’t know what else you want me to do.” After my wife addressed that is not how you speak to a customer nor deliver customer service, she ended up apologizing and offering a refund that is currently pending her GM issuing it. I’d save your money and go somewhere else. I will update my review if management reaches out to me.

I'm not sure what happened but this latest experience was very blah. The Yokozuna in Tulsa has always been my go to, zero complaints there- but Okc location ?.We came here Friday night for our exchange students 16th birthday. We had a group of 12. We had a toddler and infant with us. When we arrived we asked for a high chair. A waitress brought one out . We flipped it over so the car seat can fit in while baby slept. This is how other restaurants have always told us to fit a car seat. The waitress then came back and told us they had a sling high chair and was super rude about it as she took said highchair away. She brought the sling over with an attitude.Thank God we didn't get stuck with her as our waitress. Our new waiter came over. He gave us time to look over menu, get our drinks and help us get settled. His service was amazing,so my review is not based on his performance. We ordered fried rice, volcano roll, crab Rangoon wonton with chili sauce, tempura fried cauliflower, salmon poke, hot mess and many other different sushi rolls. ?The rice was absolutely bland. It didn't even have color or fried rice flavor. The flaming volcano roll was absolutely gross. My husband and daughter ordered it and had to force themselves to eat it. I've had the volcano roll before but this sauce tasted like some nasty curry sauce. The fried cauliflower was barely coated in the sauce and the sushi rolls were super thick with rice and hard to chew. We had the waiter take back the rice because it was terrible. We should have returned the volcano rolls but my husband felt bad sending it back since our waiter was so nice. ( next time,if we ever go back, will definitely return it). Overall the atmosphere was ok. It was not overly crowded for a Friday night. The service itself was awesome but the food was mediocre. Personally, I will probably just go to Sushi Neko or The Sushi Bar next time .

It was not a great experience. The place was empty and still took them 5-10 mins to get us....then another 15 before she came to get take our order. It was terrible! My friend felt like there was no flavor and overrated. I agree.

Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center and the parking lot is vey long and skinny. We had to park 4-5 stores away from the restaurant. The spots are pretty small too.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible

Third time here. I don’t know why they were always understaffed. Not good at all. Server was slow.

This was my second time dining here. The first experience was great! We had a great waitress, great drinks & great food. I enjoyed it so much that this is where I chose for a birthday celebration with friends. We still had good food, but the service was so terrible that I am embarrassed I took friends there. From letting our cocktail drinks run out to having to get up and ask for more water because a glass sat empty way longer than it should have (& we asked for more that was never brought) to forgetting food we ordered, the service was TERRIBLE. We weren't the only table our waitress had. She would come check other tables and never stop to ask how we were doing when she was at the table next to us. I'm on the fence about returning after this trip.
