This is my favorite Italian in OKC! I love the service and the atmosphere. The food is excellent, not much if a wait, and good quality. Definitely a must try!

A shell of what this restaurant once was but I gave it a 4star because the food is still good. When you used to walk in it was like walking into an Italian Kitchen, now it’s not like that at all. The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be and when I went into the bathroom only one sink was “working” the water dribbled out.The service was good, and they brought me lots of bread (before it would come out nice and warm, this was good but cold).I am still a believer in Zio’s and if someone was smart they would buy this place and restore the restaurant to what it once was!BTW- lights outside are broken so it looks closed! The place was empty…The cost was very reasonable!

Solid concept, but just missed the mark. The dough has some decent flavor but the amount of sauce used on the pizza was way to much. This pizza only needs about half the amount of sauce that was put on it. Also it seems the oven temp isn't quite right as the cheese on the pizza had barely started to melt but the undercrust was cooked pretty good. Too much sauce = too much moisture, the pizza was floppy.

I've eaten at Zio's a couple times before and it's been a few years since. While in OKC, I decided to have Italian meals so I dropped in this Zio's. From outside, the building looks old and outdated and in need of updating. Once you go inside, the outside does not do it justice. The inside is pretty marvelous and chill. Our hostess took us to the very far back of the restaurant. Which I thought was weird. Once we were seated, our waitress took care of us and got the orders and bring the food happily. Throughout the course of the dining experience, she came over ALOT and asks recurring questions while I had food in my mouth. I don't mind a good attentive waitress but checking on customers while food in mouth or talking, a good thumbs up from a distance would suffice over than walking the distance to us. Not a complaint at all, just advice. Our waitress was excellent. I even left a nice tip. Anyways the food was great, the bread is nice and pepperoni bread appetizer is simply delicious. I didn't have any wine this time as I saved my bladder for a beer later. Don't let the outside fool you, just come on inside and enjoy a meal. The building appearance alone decided for me to give a 4 star rating.

Upon entering the restaurant the first thing noticed was the smell which was coming off the dirty floors! Ugh … we sat and placed an order regardless. We ordered the grilled chicken Marsala with angel food pasta, Lasagne, and grilled chicken tortellini with Alfredo. If anyone has been to the Bone Fish they know how Chicken Marsala should be created and presentation is important. The chicken breasts were dry because they were not made from scratch in house but brought frozen and not moist; we sent the Tortellini Alfredo back because the chicken was so dry it was like jerky. I had the Grilled Chicken Marsala and I have to say less is more. The plate was saturated in sauce to cover the dry pieces of chicken buried under the sauce. The lasagna was buried in spaghetti sauce and the portion was very small. My Guest could not even finish the Tortellini Alfredo because it tasted artificial. The bread was “Subway” ! And we received one dish of oil/spices and no little dishes. Oh my goodness how did this place get 3.9 stars? The house salad had a half a cup of iceberg lettuce and a half a cup of cheese with carrots and chopped tomatoes - again, how the 3.9 stars?Needless to say - less is more, presentation is key. Going the extra mile as we had to ask for napkins and received the silver ware wrapped in a one ply torn napkin. Oh my goodness 3.9 stars really. I’d love feedback from management. Power wash the floors, being small dishes for each guest, less food, better presentation, change where you buy your chicken breasts as they are dry.

Not what it used to be. So disappointed. Our family always LOVED to go to Zios but we don’t any more. Long wait even though they aren’t busy, not as clean, etc. I’m sure the staffing shortage affected them but it’s a shame that it’s gone down. We aren’t going back.

There were very few people working and only 2 cooks, so there was a long wait. The AC was apparently broken because it felt about 100+ degrees and our ice melted in our waters within minutes. With that being said, our waitress was delightful and the food was delicious. All of the employees worked their butts off to get everyone taken care of and I absolutely commend them for how nice they were, considering the heat. I'm sure they were more miserable in that heat than we were! I even heard a couple other patrons comment on how great the servers were doing.

Five cheese fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and chicken. It was okay. The proteins (chicken) tasted like a they were cooked with Italian sausage, It had a off taste. The shrimp was over cooked and the pasta was cook perfectly. They were understaffed and it took at least 45 to hour to receive my food! You guys have to do better!!!

We've ate here a few times traveling through a few years ago and it was good. We have no complaints about our server James, he was good. They are very short handed. Our bread was hard but the table next to us got fresh out of oven. The salad seem to be poured from a bag. The lasagna was good. We probably won't be back if traveling through.

Haven't been in since 2018 when we moved to Germany. Color me DISAPPOINTED! Chicken & sausage skilletini was no longer on the menu and their spaghetti "feast" was the blandest tomato sauce I've ever had. If other dishes are sumilar to this, they've ruined what was once a good place to eat. They literally geared up Hunts tomato sauce and put it on the spaghetti. No seasonings. Bland flavor. Very FRUSTRATING when it used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

Would I return? YesWe were promptly greeted and seated kindly!I ordered the classic lasagna, and the family ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and HUGE meatballs! The spaghetti was average in flavor and sauce - nothing special. The meatballs were nice and flavorful. It is felt that without the meatballs, the spaghetti might have been a let down. The lasagna was a sizeable and filling portion with wonderful flavor! In comparing the unique (if that can be said) flavor of the lasagna here to that of the well-known Olive Garden, I would say Zio's wins - compared to Carinos....undecided.

Came here to celebrate my stepson’s 6 and sister-in-law’s 15 birthday, we waited an hour to be seated. We were a party of 11, once seated we noticed our table was about to fall apart, so we asked our waitress if she could have someone replace it. She was rude and explosive, so we requested another waitress and she stormed throughout the lobby speaking loudly and disrespectful, what should of been a nice birthday dinner, turned into an embarrassment for our entire family as we stood up and walked out. Do better Zio’s

I’ve been coming to Zios for over a decade. Love it, love the food and atmosphere. Tonight I tried to bring my family for dinner at 5:30. Our family has 13, 6 of which are children. We were treated poorly, told they don’t serve groups over 10. We offered to split up and they said no. We had to pack up all the kids and go elsewhere. Unsatisfactory. They have lost a long time customer
