4-5 employees and couldn’t get served for several minutes. Roast beef tasted old or spoiled, and trashed it floors dirty but people had time to stand around? Black guy with nappy beard and hair should be wearing hair nets and NOT smoking while behind the counter!!!

Dining room was clean, the burger was okay but the fries were garbage because they were mostly the leftover end pieces that should have been thrown away hours ago. As a result, they were tasteless. Not coming back, fast food is not difficult, fries should be fresh.
Food was good but service was horrible they had bad attitudes were rude and they left our food on the counter for twenty minutes never called our names and claimed our food was stolen

Ate lunch here the 18th. Sister's Reuben and my French dip sandwich [without cheese, at my request] were good. Curly fries were leftovers and should have been trashed. Had same issue at Henryetta Arby's. Serve fresh fries!

Check your drive thru receipts when buying coupon items. Food is great as usual. Girl at the drive thru, not so much. Will skip that shift , for damn sure.
