If I had known how good the food would be I would have taken better pictures! In picture: seafood hibachi special (lobster, calamari, shrimp), Okmulgee roll (center frame), Alaska and Avocado rolls (bottom left to right).Prices are extremely reasonable and the food quality rivals the best sushi in Tulsa. If you live in Okmulgee and like this type of food Henka is a rare pleasure!*Tip: use the sauces!
This is a food truck attached to a building. Kinda threw me off trying to figure out where to order from. Finally decided to try the hibachi chicken, and I'm glad I did. The chicken was flavorful, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the rice was yummy. It came with some soy sauce packets and a sauce that I thought was yum yum sauce. Would recommend.

This place is always so nice ! The food is amazing, the portion sizes are outstanding, and the service is so friendly. They really treat everyone so kindly ! I will always come back for the fried sushi.
