I travel all the way from Henryetta to come here because henryettai service is terrible !
Put a mobile order in and went and picked it up and it was packed all the way to the door for the drive thru. I had to sit there for a good 20 to 30 minutes but our food came out fresh and we got everything that we asked for. That is expected when you're going around lunch or dinner.
I love Arby's. This location has the classic Arby's food, which is good no matter what. But this experience made me feel like that do not want you to done in at all..... They don't even put your food on a tray or anything. Just bag it up like they expect you to leave.... Explains why at 8pm we were done in ticket 1. I mean, I will continue to eat there, but I will most likely just use the drive thru. Because it sure did t feel like they wanted us to be in the store.... the staff...read full review
