It was mid, got a spicy chicken sandwich and a new cali XL as im driving through. The guy who took my order was great super nice. He told me they are dropping me a fresh spicy chicken which i thought was because i hit them at a dead time. So i was content with a wait i pulled my car up and parked, not even a minute after parking was a different worker running my food out to me. The frys were old and lukewarm. And the spicy chicken sandwich was also old with stiff bread around the edges like it was sitting in the heater for too long. Not like it was burnt more like it was stale. The burger was decent though, fresh bread fresh cheese was put on it the pattys might have sat on the grill for nearly as long as they could though. So this location needs another look from higher management on having them throw their old food away after industry standards says to. Not to leave it in the heater till your next customer comes an hour past its toss time. 2 stars because the dude at the window was cool.

Was halfway thru my Famous Star burger when I realized Carl's Jr forgot to add onions and more onions please as I always ask for, and I believe i asked a 3rd time... SMH Carl's jr
Staff was friendly and polite which is uncommon these days. Definitely recommend checking out this place.

Horrible experience. 10/10 would not recommend. We ordered a burger and chicken strips and milkshakes (which were sour), 3 couples came in after we ordered and they all got served before us. When we asked about when our food would be ready, which keep in mind it had been 30 mins, they ignored us. We asked for a refund and the manger was rude and told us to calm down. While they served the next person and gave them their food while we were dealing with the manager. Horrible customer service.

Being pregnant I get the weirdest cravings and I wanted the sourdough burger with hashrounds on it not knowing they stop hashrounds at 10:30. I was sad about it and explained I was pregnant and having a weird craving but understood breakfast ends at a certain time. The cashier Tabitha read back the order and stated she would throw the hashrounds on for me anyway! Let me tell you! As a hormonal pregnant b*tch that made my day!! And we got to the window and were talking with her got the order and left…a moment later the same cashier was flagging us down to make sure we got our hashrounds! The food was amazing as well!! This is now the only fast food place I will go to! The service and food are amazing!
