Being pregnant I get the weirdest cravings and I wanted the sourdough burger with hashrounds on it not knowing they stop hashrounds at 10:30. I was sad about it and explained I was pregnant and having a weird craving but understood breakfast ends at a certain time. The cashier Tabitha read back the order and stated she would throw the hashrounds on for me anyway! Let me tell you! As a hormonal pregnant b*tch that made my day!! And we got to the window and were talking with her got the order and left…a moment later the same cashier was flagging us down to make sure we got our hashrounds! The food was amazing as well!! This is now the only fast food place I will go to! The service and food are amazing!

Carl's Jr here in Okmulgee seems to now have a nightly routine of shutting down drive thru sometimes several hours before closing and saying that the drive thru computer is not functioning and you have to come inside to order. Even if it was genuinely not functioning, just take the order on the counter register. There's no need to lie to guests wanting to place an order. This makes the third time I've been told the same lie when I pull in drive thru. I think I'm pretty much done with giving them any more of my business at this location.

To start off, when I ordered I asked for two ingredients to be tooken off and they only tooken off one and after I recieved my order it felt and tasted like a cold mayonnaise salad between two slices of bread with the meat still cold

I pull up to order. They can't tell me how much it will be. Then an older lady throws open the window. I hand her cash and she can't make the change and complains that it is cash. My way over priced burrito, was placed on the cold counter and left there in front of me but wasn't given to me for about 4 Minutes. Finally I got my change that came from another young lady. I got no receipt, no thank you, and no salsa. This is the last purchase I will ever make at this Carl's Jr. It is the worst one I have ever been to. Customer service does not exist at this location and the food is way over priced compared to other fast food places in town. No Thank you!

The food was good! We went thru the drive thru, and after ordering we went to the window, there was a mix up with our order on the drinks, they fixed it though, and I ordered fried zucchini with the ranch dipping sauce, the zucchini was fresh and delicious, but they didn't give me the dipping sauce, which is ok because it was good without it.
