I love the food there and I spend money there quite a bit, but I don’t understand how somebody cannot get the food they want. I can’t order more than four chicken legs at a time they never have it. I tried to do this on more than one occasion and they will never sell me more than three or four legs at a time and legs are all I eat so that’s really out of the question for a family who needs legs.

Update almost two years since the post above. The answer is a still a resounding YES
so i doordash on the side for some extra money, i was dashing when this happened, i never had issues with them until today. i go in and wait for my customers order, as it's starting to get busy, no biggie, about 5-10 minutes pass and a drink with an order for someone is placed in the pick up area, and they call a name similar to mine, i don't have a common spelling and so my name gets mispronounced frequently, i check the order name and it's not even anywhere near my spelling, nor is my customers name, they in fact spelled "kylie" and not "kailee" so i figured they had an order for someone else, because someone i used to know named kylie was in the lobby, thought it was her order, so i kept waiting, and after a few more minutes the workers yelled over the counter "hey your orders ready" while having an attitude and giving me an almost disgusted expression, as i tell the manager on shift (older african american woman, did not catch her name) who my order is for, said she didnt get an order with that name on it, i confirmed the contents of the order with the woman and she then insists that the order was in fact for my customer and mumbled something else i couldnt make out what she said but it wasnt polite, all in all, they need a better attitude and need to name their orders properly. make sure you read who the order is for and spell peoples' names right. hoping my customers order was the right one coz i couldnt check for her ?♀️
