This was one of the worst dinning experience that me and my family had ever experienced in a while. Me and my family was passing through on our way back to Arkansas and we decided to grab a quick bite before continuing on home. So we decided to stop at Kentucky Fried Chicken which as always has amazing food but the manager on duty was extremely rude , she was obnoxious, extremely disrespectful to me being flirtatious in the presence of my wife . She allowed my 4yr old daughter to wait for a refill over 5 minutes while me and my wife sat and witnessed he being the manager run around and play using utterly foul language in the presence of other customers as well as minors at a high desimole. This is entirely ridiculous there's no sense of respect when this lady with the dread locks is working she needs to be replaced immediately or Okmulgee Oklahoma Kentucky Fried Chicken will continue to lose reputable customers such as myself.

We sit in the drive through waiting to order for a long time...would have drove off but Granddaughter had her heart set on it. We were the only car in the drive thru and one car in the parking lot. It was around 9pm on a Tuesday night. When we got to the window...there was one older lady busting her butt and 3 younger workers coming out of the little office then just standing there talking. There was one younger girl packing food. Hoping it was an off night but honestly if the kids didn't want it I would not go to ours anymore...it use to be so good.

They didn't get my order right. I asked for sweet tea with my combo, it was unsweet and no ice! And didn't receive all of my combo that included apple pie. Tenders were cold and potpie was cold in the middle. I feel ripped off! The food quality is poor at this location and they don't give a damn! Never again!

I lit just ordered food to be delivered online and the guys over there didn't send the whole order, I'm missing the drinks and the driver who delivered the food don't answer anymore, man I payed for that stuffs and I'm not getting any signs of them. Sucks....

I wish I had read the reviews before eating lunch there. Once I saw how nasty it was I read the reviews. The health department needs to shut that place down. The food wasn't that great the tea was sour. Definitely won't return there for lunch. The kitchen area was disgusting. There was tape holding trim on. That place needs to be shut down before they get someone sick! I wouldn't give it 1 star but I have to.

If you order no pickles they make sure to give you pickles. If u want to give money away for mediocre food come here. It's ridiculous... I always have to hit the drive-thru more than once to get what I paid for it

We should NOT have even tried this KFC. If I could give a zero, I would. The front doors were filthy! My crispy chicken breast was SO dry. I requested a fresh chicken breast. It wasn't crispy & it tasted like SO MUCH PEPPER. NOT ALL KFC ARE created equal. This one was terrible.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. It has the WORST service I've ever had. I got 2 combos with 3 sides and they got my order wrong. They missed a whole combo. Repeated it to me like 4 times way faster for anyone to comprehend, and then BLAMED me for getting MY OWN order wrong. The worker also had an attitude, and was extremely disrespectful the whole time and walked away mouthing something. I work in fast food and there is NO exception for acting that way to a customer. I'm never eating at KFC again, I hardly ever get good service there. I was looking at the other reviews and saw that all the good ratings are very old. This place went down hill.
