Too bad service and slow as well. Everything we had was totally bland. They messed up our order and we didn't get what we ordered. The lady who was setting up the order was not even looking at us even after calling her multiple times, but the young guy at the counter finally came to help and he was so good and courteous.

Ordered 2 big Mac meals. And 10 PC nugget. Git the drinks and meals with no hello, here's your order have a good day nothing. No nuggets. So I waited at the window and she came back gave me a sack and it was someone else's meal. Never once acknowledged I hadn't moved. I told her this wasn't mine. I was still waiting on nuggets. She took the sack and came back with a have closed box of nuggets never apologizing or any acknowledgement. Get home and no big macs, just chicken nuggets and frys. My fault for not looking. The zero care of this place is mind blowing.

Long wait plus some of the workers were rude, I was asking the person that handed me my food for my 2 drinks that were supposed to come with my order and she just pointed to the cash register? Like it’s not a hard task to give me my drinks. Plus the food wasn’t that great for the amount of time it took them to.

Employees always having trouble with people paying on the app at this location, just to get cold soggy fries that you've waited 20 minutes for. If you don't have to call and remind them that you're sitting in the curbside. Henryetta location is just as bad if not worse.

Can someone explain how this is supposed to be the size of a McDonald's sundae? I was given a cup that was literally half empty. Is this really what you're serving now? It's honestly disappointing. I expected better from McDonald's — both in terms of service and food quality. I left feeling offended and dissatisfied. This needs to be addressed.
