They ignore customers when they are trying to order. One of the staff members were very rude to us, and was ignoring my friend when she was saying ma’am and the lady at the register didn’t say anything and just looked at her.

My kids love going after church but we always have to wait 20 minutes before we get our order and we usually have to wait 10 minutes to order. Were better off going through the drive thru. Service is faster

This is the third McDonalds we have stopped at. This one finally had ice cream but no hot fudge. Waited 20 minutes for two sundaes & a plain cheeseburger & it cost $9.00. We will be stopping at Braums from now on when we travel through 😞

So the boss my 8byt old girl wanted sweet n sour sauce with the 60 pc nug but all.she got was BBQ I had to check when I got home even had to check the order lol I wasn't In Trouble

Do NOT go inside. I could type a long long review of everything that happened the last 5 times I went inside in the span of like 7 months so it’s not like it’s a recent thing. But take my advice and just don’t go inside. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received inside a fast food place. They ignore you at the register waiting to order (and no not just at night) and the food takes so so long to get out to you. Every time I’ve been inside I’ve only either gotten a single large fry or a single cheese burger and large fry and it never takes less than 15 minutes even when they aren’t that busy because they prioritize the drive thru so much over the inside. I get they have to get cars through in a certain time but to take 15 minutes for a single large fry (more than once) when I can see you have a full thing of them and then watching you scoop them and give them to the drive thru instead. Also had to wait 32 mins for a cheese burger and large fry. At the 27 mark someone finally asked me what my order number was and then I watched them start making it then. 27 minutes of waiting and they hadn’t even started it? Every time I’m in there I also hear/see other people complaining about the wait to order and to get the food. There are more stories but I’ll leave it at that. Drive thru is always good but they need to do something about the inside experience because it is so awful.

Went inside, tried to order off the kiosk. We got through the order then when we tried to pay, it had a malfunction, and we had to pay at the front, where a line of 3+ people had formed since we started ordering.
Had to wait our turn to pay, putting our order behind multiple others. Everyone had to wait at least 20 minutes for their order, including us.
Saw some else have to ask for the correct stuff after checking their bag, we had to do the same as parts of our order were missing.
The whole time, the staff openly complained about being understaffed, and were generally unprofessional.
Should have left when we saw there was a dripping air vent over the kiosk, and the bathrooms weren’t open.

I can't even get it replaced because I ordered it through door dash. God forbid I try to get quick food before I have to work. Thanks for nothing, you guys freaking suck.
