We placed an online order for curbside pickup and arrived in stall 4. We began having app issues with the location being incorrect and unable to see our order from the order page. We moved out of the curbside pick up to allow anyone else to use the spot while we got our stuff figured out since they were busy. We restarted the phone and began reinstalling it when I called the store. The lady that answered seemed helpful at first. After we told her that the app wasn't showing us the order number or allowing us to enter the Curbside Spot Number, she started getting sassy and low key rude. She questioned us on why we weren't in the parking spot and when I tried to say we moved for other customers she accused us on not even being in the parking lot (we had stated three times we were still in the lot just not in curbside for the customers) and she began getting straight up rude at this point. By now my boyfriend who made the order and was having the issues moved into the Curbside Parking Spot and I told her we were there. She then informed us that we ordered wrong because we had ordered for drive through but were trying to pickup at curbside and that she pushed out order through. I tried to stay polite and said Thank you when I understand my order went through but she simply hung up. I understand the app having problems isn't their fault, but being rude and inconsiderate IS their fault. There was no reason for us to be treated this way when we were trying to consider how busy (not slammed) they were getting. The woman that brought us our food is an employee I had talked with before so I told her the situation (angrily and she sympathized with me which helped me talk more rationally) she told me she would be telling the manager as we were in a hurry to go to Tulsa. I intend to call and speak with the manager, so I'll see how that goes.
Parking: If you order Curbside, you can NOT park anywhere except in one of the two Curbside Parking Spots. It apparently confuses the employees if you park in another spot to wait your turn.

I ordered biscuits and gravy I got the biscuits but no gravy
I would not recommend coming here after 12. I used the app to order, and I will admit it was very convenient. I was happy everything was stream lined until I got home and dig into the food. They fries I was given had been sitting there for a minute. They were stale and cool. My wife also asked for only mustard and cheese on her burger, and there were onions on it. I have never left a review in my life, but this honestly just made me upset.

Ask for extra cheese extra pickles got a burger that had been in that window for probably at least 20 minutes the sides were all dried up the pickles were dried up there was no extra pickles there was no extra cheese again
