We arrived kind of late to put in an order to go Amanda took our order, she had to be the most patient, friendly lady ever. She was very helpful and never rushed us. She was awesome. Everyone was great excellent customer service!!!!

Since when do non franchise owners make rules about a drivers comfortability with carry an extra $25 cash to be able to break a $100 bills on a damn near $50 order to be delivered that is a drivers personal decision and not a non franchise owners decision. Omg I live in one of more elite neighborhoods in Okmulgee Oklahoma I won't order from pizza hut ever again this so called policy implementation was not prevalent last December I would give .001 stars if possible management should not be allowed what a person carries in there own personal vehicles they would not hire me and if they did they would damn sure fire me. Which would open up possible lawsuits

Waited 15 minutes after I was told to sit somewhere. No one came to take my order and instead took orders for others who came in after me. Didn't say a single word when I walked out. Terrible service every time I come in. One lady in particular is always very rude. The two men who work there are nice though.

DIRTY and I mean dirty!! Not one clean table. Husband had to ask for a rag to clean us a table. Brandy the lady worked the front had a terrible attitude

There's a karen that works here. She's extremely rude and openly hostile. I guess she's a relative of the owner or something because despite numerous complaints, she's still employed. Haven't been back since. Never going back.
Food is good, usually correct when carryout. Last time we ordered delivery, door dash delivered for some reason and half our order was missing. They didn't care and tild us ti call the store. We've never used door dash so, don't know why they were delibering. Service is definitely lacking.

The food was excellent! However, the service from the general manager wasn't. She had an attitude, was setting pans down aggressively on the buffet, and was being rude to customers when they asked about ice and silverware. They were completely understaffed but the guy that was there was incredible even though she was being rude to him he did everything as soon as she told him to! I don't know if she's just having a bad day or what but this is our first experience and feel uncomfortable coming back. 10/14/24 around 11:30am
