I don’t know who the manager is but whoever they are, they need to make sure their staff is happy and wants to be at work and want this type of job and stop sending food out that’s messy and with chili outside of the bag and cups with soda all on top of the lids and or dripping down the sides of the cup And then one of the little waitress girls wanna get a attitude with me because you brought me a messy cup I don’t want that in my car. I don’t wanna grab a bag of a chili cheese tots and chili is all outside of the bag. Do they have a manager? Is somebody in charge ???

I only got a drink and a burger... I put it in at 10:29 and picked it up at 10:36..... My burger is not only cold but the bread is hard. It says bri was the one to put the order together, but I doubt it because the person who handed it to me was the same lady who every time she brings me my stuff writes TipUs on the name thing. I probably won't be coming here anymore because this isn't the first time when that lady is there that my food is not right and is cold ? now I gotta go find something else to eat.

They are sooooo slow! I waited 30 minutes for my order. then they claimed they didn't get my checkin on the app. After I asked they slowly brought my food out. Cold food. Don't use app here.

Oh it's a great place to eat here. Sonics is the best place to eat in Oklahoma. I just recently learned that it was started here in Oklahoma. This particular one is pretty nice, off and on. Totally forgotten. Blamed me. I checked in on the app. Saw my name and tracking on screen. Had to push red button after waiting for more than 15 minutes for a cherry sprite. Was told they were wondering who it belonged to. Never thought to check the monitor or car that had been waiting for 25 minutes.At this Sonic, the staff is always right, not the customer.
