The building is clean. The guys behind the counter were friendly. They washed hands and changed their gloves several times as I stood in the building watching. Bathrooms were clean. Watched them go in to refresh them after each use. Had an issue with one of my sandwiches. But the guys made it right and offered several solutions. Greatly appreciated.

I’ve went to a bunch of subways that were way better than this one. I ordered me and my boyfriend dinner and it was over 30 just for 2 sandwich meals. I wanted it delivered. When we got our food my sandwich had flatbread and there was white spots on it, brown and yellow lettuce that was slimy and gross, and plus my food wasn’t all that warm. My boyfriend said that his bread was stale, overall gross. His had bad vegetables on it and didn’t look good like it should’ve. I get the same thing from every subway I go to and this one was just not it. Even the chicken on it was gross. Definitely don’t recommend getting food from this place.

I ordered subway from okmulgee and then realized I needed it to be in Hennryetta I called okmulgee subway immediately and asked them to cancel the order and they refused so I had to drive all the way to okmulgee and when I got there it was cold 0/10 customer service very rude
Most of the staff are nice and helpful. 1 lady is always rude. Also you can't use their drive without the app. Who can't write down an order?

Subs ordered for a work event, BLT had bacon, hardly any lettuce and 1 small tomato chunk from the end of a tomato. Very disappointed in the food at Okmulgee Subway. All other orders were skimpy on topping. 10 disappointed employees. 10 perspective customers that will go somewhere else for food!

Just awful awful. Henryetta has better customer service and they know exactly what they are doing and how to operate the register and e-cards. Okmulgee location has one worker that will watch her team struggle and refuses to assist them. Just awful.

It's a sandwich, but you can make it as good as you want. They have a lot of fresh toppings you can add to your sandwich. You get in and out easy, and they have a great staff.
