Billy Sims BBQ Reviews
went in for lunch today. very good bbq! clean environment and friendly staff. may be my new go to lunch spot 👌
Just ordered food from the location in Franklin Wisconsin. The food was exceptional as usual. the chili is on a whole level on its own. OMG. I could just eat that. Keep up the great work.
Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

Billy Sims BBQ is a casual restaurant chain that offers a good value for meat-heavy meals. As a Celiac, the restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions by providing gluten-free meats, sauces, and potato salad. The service is attentive, with staff making sure customers' needs are met. The menu includes options like a 3-meat plate and a smothered baked potato. While the brisket may sometimes be a little dry, the flavorful ribs and pulled pork are well-liked by many. The restaurant, owned by a former local footballer, has locations across several states in the Midwest region of the United States. Recent reviews mention that the new management has improved service and food quality, with staff like the manager Mason taking good care of customers. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, though parking can be challenging. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of the food, especially for catering needs, but some have noted that the ribs can be small, tough, and sometimes burnt, and that the potato may not always be fully cooked.
