Worst chipotle I’ve had. Co-Worker picked it up I got a quesadilla and when she ordered they asked her what size tortilla? I’ve never been asked that? I got none of the sides just one small quesadilla with minimal meat that was mostly fat. She was rushed the entire time through the line.

Food was good. Chipotle honey chicken was a little too spicy though. Trash needed to be taken out. But otherwise food was good and I'll give him a break in the trash. Hopefully just a temporary issue.

Owasso's pick and choose salad bar, has plenty to add to your salad. But! If you prefer not to much iceberg let them know.

The only good thing was our burritos were good. My wife and I visited this location for the first time. We entered a mobile order with two burritos and a berry agua fresca. Order was ready at 10:20pm. 40 minutes before they close, we were told they had literally no order beverages other than fountain. That’s crazy. I understand getting closing duties done early, but that’s BS. Also, I love that mobile orders allow adding names, but made no difference at this location because our names weren’t on them. Which forces us to unwrap them to figure out who’s burrito is which.
And another thing.. We entered our order in the parking lot. Nobody was even ordering inside or drive thru. We watched the entire time. I told my wife we should’ve just ordered inside (except we both were dealing with headaches, hence the mobile order). Yet, they used up the whole 20min to make our order. Lazy kids.
For a first time experience at this location, this gets a fat one-star.
No wonder this location has 2.9 stars out of 400+ reviews.
