Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is known for its affordability, offering prices 3-5 times cheaper than other ice cream places for similar portions. The chocolate chip and cookies cream double dip in a sugar or waffle cone are popular choices. Braum's also serves delicious burgers, with the bacon cheeseburger being a favorite, and offers the bacon palmetto cheeseburger as well. The sundaes, candy sundaes, and banana splits are highly recommended. Customers enjoy their tasty food and ice cream, along with the milkshakes and cherry limeades, which are particularly enjoyable. The store provides friendly service, with staff being kind, attentive, and quick. The tables are kept clean, and the restaurant has plenty of handicap parking and a clean lot. Braum's sells products in-store, including fresh milk and groceries, and is one of the few places not following the trend of automation and price gouging. It is appreciated for its friendly atmosphere and quality offerings. However, some customers have raised concerns about policies on modifications, such as not being allowed to change the type of cheese on a burger, and the safety of leaving tables unattended, as some meals have been thrown away when customers used the restroom.
