Domino's Pizza in Owasso

“I tried to place an order online. The website stated it had technical difficulties. I called the Owasso store on Owasso Expressway and explained to them that I was placing an order due to the website was down. After placing my order the gentleman gave me a total of 39 and some change. I asked him how it came up to that price. He told me , I then asked they were supposed to be 6.99 each. He told me that is only a online price. I asked you can't match that price he said no I can't. Then I asked for a manager. The manager said the same thing no.
I then called another Dominos in Owasso the one off of hwy 20 near Reasors and the tag agency. Drew answered the phone I explained the same thing about the website. He told me to refresh the page and if that did not work to click pay in the store.

I appreciated that Drew gave solutions to the problem. Because of that compassion I finished my order for the hwy 20 store and picked my pizza. It was hot fresh and delicious.
