We had a 7:00pm reservation and at 8pm the manager said to leave after waiting a hour for our cook. Not worth it
Last time trying this place. The place needs some maintenance and refresh on decor. Salad dressing and soup were meh. Have you guys heard of Miso. It’s better for you and not that hard to make and relatively inexpensive. The salad dressing is an Asian influenced French. The salad consisted of just iceberg lettuce. I remember the Benihana of the day and Rocky Aoki would not be happy. Check out Sakura’s in KC. They do it right. I’d rate Osaka higher..although it’s been awhile. I’m not sure how this place rates a 4.4. Ichiban means No. 1 in Japanese. Maybe in Owasso.

It does get really packed sometimes for dinner and wait time would be 30-45 minutes so plan accordingly.

I have been back here several times and overtime we do the habochi and the food is great but the service is bad they give you your first drink and I never get another drink unless I get up and go chase someone down I'm tired of this so I'm putting this out service sucks. I tipped the cook and don't tip the check the servers was just setting in chairs talking could care less about making your time there good.
Picked up a Togo order and brought it home to find multiple pieces of plastic inside our fried roll, and missing order items. I’m concerned with plastic being fried, let alone eating it. Called for a resolution and was offered a replacement of the missing items at next visit with a name and number. Unfortunately there likely won’t be a next time.

Drove 30mins from south Tulsa, for my 34th bday dinner. arrived 2 hours before the listed “close time” sign was off, doors were locked. 🤷🏼♂️
