Come in here with a not very high but some expectations, however everything was mid. My boyfriend order the ribeye thinking he is getting a steak 🥩 nope it was all chopped up and serve with veggie and noodle. I order the chicken combo, mind you there was no mention of noodle on the combo and picture only show rice, veggie, and chicken. when we get our food, it was in a plate with noodle, veggies, and chicken on the plate, very saugy and the fried rice was on the side. Also everything was wayyyy tooo salty. I can’t even finish 1/3 of my food. Not recommended.

Terrible experience! We had 10 people in our party and we ordered lunch. The waitress brought out the plates and handed one to my husband and it was scalding hot. He dropped it as he took it because it burned his hand. Food went flying everywhere and on people sitting there and had to remake a few dishes. They did nothing but take 5.00 off. We didn’t all eat at the same time because they had to re make the dishes. They didn’t seem to care. The burn on his finger is very bad and blistering an inch on his finger. Very painful. We will never go back to this place. I feel as if they should have taken care of his meal. What tightwads!! We spend a lot of money on this!

It is with a heavy heart I post this review. To give context, I have worked in the food industry over decades, am educated in sanitation, food and property management. We have recommended and enjoyed the service here for several years. Our wait staff has always been kind and fun, offering good service and customer experience. My review is no reflection of them. From a property management perspective, I understand pest control is very challenging on a property with other shared tenants. However, it is not impossible to maintain and defend your premise. A German roach crawling out under my sushi roll half way through my lunches in no way acceptable. I reluctantly share this, as I know it can have a lot of impact on businesses. I firmly believe we need to support our local establishments and the employees within. However, any of you may be my family/friends and I cannot recommend this establishment at this time. To the owners, do better please.

Love this place!

This used to be our special event dinner choice- tonight was our last visit. A roach joined us at the table once the hibachi show started. Yes, we brought it to their attention. Unfortunately, they seemed to be aware of the situation and seemed unsurprised and unbothered by bugs on the table.

Alr so to start off I love going here I love the sweet potato roll so much, it’s difficult finding good vegetable rolls near me that are at a decent price. So I came in today super excited and I made a mistake by not specifying which roll I wanted exactly, but fear not because my server, Leon was more than helpful with resolving this issue. He went above and beyond and had fantastic customer service.

Ichiban was good while it lasted. I ended up getting severe food poisoning causing a bruised rib. I don’t trust this place’s health standards anymore, everything was cooked all the way through so that leads me to believe something was left sitting out gathering bacteria. Hopefully it’s better now, but I will not be going back.

You can’t beat this place for fried rice and noodles. In expensive and so yummy. We’ve done the hibachi where they cook in front of you but for lunch I’ll sit at a regular table and order off the lunch menu I but get noodles added.

Kind of a disappointing updated review. Went in tonight and it was packed. The service was slow but understandable given how busy they were. The disappointment was mainly in the food. Ordered the NY strip teriyaki, cooked medium. It came out way beyond well-done and was so overcooked and dry that it was inedible. I only ate a few bites of it. The fried rice with it was so oily from the sesame oil and it had virtually no vegetables or egg in it. It was just a mess and it was served lukewarm.

Our server was doing her best to manage the full house and I could tell that she was noticing that I wasn't eating what I ordered. I kept waiting for her to ask why I didn't touch my food but she never did. She just eventually asked if she could take it away and give us our check.

Honestly, when a guest does not even attempt to eat the dish they ordered ..... there is a problem that needs to be asked about.

Also, the waiting area extends well into the dining room. I spent the last half of our visit with at least a dozen people standing all around our table while we were trying to eat. Sorry, but our food seemed far less enjoyable with people's rear-ends hovering over our plates.
