Jersey Mike's Subs

I eat at Jersey Mike's Owasso often. This is my first review which have submitted a long time ago. I love your restaurant - it's clean and neat- the food is delicious - but above all else is your wonderful staff. They always greet me with a smile and talk to me while building my yummy sub. I converted from Jimmy Johns because you guys simply are head and shoulders better. Please keep up the good work and all my best. Pete

Came here with the smallest order and they still was able to mess it up and not listen to anything I said came to this store at 4:30pm on 12/03/24 there was no point of trying to get my food fixed if they couldn’t even get my small order right we’ll never eat here again and waste my money to everybody that reaches you better off going to the store buying your own stuff and making your own subs.

First time here. We had a buy one get one free coupon so we decided to try it. Small place with a few tables. The lady who took our order seemed like she’d rather have been somewhere else; not too happy. Our sandwiches were okay. Overall it was okay at least we got a free sandwich. But I won’t be going back.

Food is always fresh and good. Great service as well.

Best food, we were on a band trip and got something to eat. Staff was nice and there was fast service. Would rate 6 stars if I could definitely recommend eating here

I really like the sandwiches here, but twice now I’ve encountered an employee that is just downright rude, it’s going to be a bit before I go back.

I tell you what ..this was some of the softest bread on a sandwich ever! In fact , all the ingredients were very , very fresh! Like, You could completely taste the freshness!
The 3 guys working this evening were really awesome too order from and made my food cleanly and quickly.. They had no problem, "chatting it up" with me as a customer.. And I enjoyed our conversation..
Highly recommended! (Especially after eating a gummy! 😅) If you're having at four twenty event , you should definitely have these guys cator it!!

I actually really like the food here but I hate how the evening crew treats door dashers and mobile orders. They constantly ignore us and skip us all the time. And when I ask how much longer for the order they will not answer and continue making other customers food that got there way after me. They are also extremely rude and don't try to hide it.I would like to note that the morning/day shift does not do this and they are extremely nice.

Went there for my birthday and asked if they had any freebie stuff. They did. I didnt know what to order so I asked for the guy behind the counters recommendation. His recommendation was fantastic and his service was fantastic. Thank you Blonde guy for serving me and my friend ‼️

It's a good place to eat sandwiches, they have a good variety of them. and you can customize them to your liking the place is spacious clean and tidy, the ingredients are fresh, the attention is friendly. The only drawback was the waiting time: you have to wait a long line.

This has been happening more often then not.
I went in to pick two door dash orders, one was ready one was not, I asked how much longer a they said a few minutes, over 10 minutes and I ask again because in the mean time 4 new customers come in order there food and leave, so I ask again, 2 more order get there food and leave. Then I finally get the order.
My daughter used eat there and says they are real good but now that’s she started dashing, just like me she will now not eat there.
Edit* I don’t normally have this problem during the day.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet!This Jersey Mikes is my absolute favorite location and I am being super biased. It's a small location, but I have come to realize all location are.The food is always a great quality and the team members inside even know me by name as of today. The team members are always friendly to me and know what I want by the time I come in. They simply ask if I want it regular or giant. I never have a problem at this location since Allison started working there. Before her, they used to forget that I don't like onions and peppers at all and I would gag when I got surprised by it.This location is easily one of the better location in Owasso to pick up food from and I will always reccomend it strongly.
