Waiting for over 30 minutes for my sandwich to be made. Didn’t have many chips available and most of the drinks were out. 2nd occasion where they didn’t have most of food/things available.
We ordered lunch today for work. The order was placed at 12:14 and we have yet to receive food. We’ve called numerous times and no one answers. Appears maybe they all walked out? Now I have to wait 7-14 days for cashapp to refund me for food we never received. Horrible service.
2nd app order for pickup that was wrong. Contacted the store regarding the first and never heard back. 2nd strike. It's a bit upsetting because the Tulsa store NEVER had issues.
