Very good food reasonably good service but watch your credit card! They double charged me I had to go to the credit card company to get the mess cleaned up. Maybe an accident but maybe not!

This place used to be top notch but it turned and went south in a hurry. Last time I visited was a year ago and I vowed then never to return. It was absolutely awful. You can't stay in business with poor service and even worse food.

They probably closed because the service there was horrible. I went about a year ago and was not happy with the service at all, so I quit going. After about a year I figured I would give it another shot. Guess what. The service was even worse. I had to get up twice to get my own refill. The food was good, but the service sucked big time. The second time I got up to get my own drink, I looked over to a booth to see two employees buried in their cell phones sitting down. I had to flag someone down to ask for my ticket.

This was my first time eating at lone star steak house, it was a fantastic experience. The food was hot and tasty! Our server was excellent; he was friendly, polite, and attentive. I would highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner!

Man what happened to this place? Can't say I will be back. No staff and the food was horrible. Salad came out dry and food was under cooked, not to mention there was only one other family there and we still had to wait to be seated. This place is in need of new management.

All around bad experience. Waiter starts by mentioning 3 items they were out of. Waited awhile for the food to show. When it did come food was over cooked chard and dried out. They where skimpy on any condiment only giving a small 1/4 cup size contain half full. We asked for 57 sauce to find out they did not have any. Was offer A1, but what was brought was something of its own. It seams that the reason the parking lot was not full on mother's day showed by the experience.

Has been getting worse in the past few years. I used to come and the place was packed full with people and the food was delicious. Went there a few weeks ago around 5 and it was almost completely empty, dirty tables everywhere with staff standing around. Food took forever to come out and didn't even seem that warm when it finally did come out. Probably wouldn't come again.

We always choose Lone Star Steakhouse over Logan's. Our last visit was not a disappointment. The steaks were cooked just as we ordered and the bar manager, Liz, was fun and entertaining. Bugs, the service manager, was quick to ensure we had everything we needed. I will say it took a while to get their yummy rolls, but that's okay since we are cutting out so much white bread. Ask Bugs or Liz for their off-the-menu Bug Juice.

I generally don't post negative things because I understand people or places have off days but for this I have to make an exception. We decided to come by for an Easter lunch after church and soon realized why there was not a wait or line. We were seated quickly enough and placed water orders but it was all down from there. It took about 10 minutes to get the complimentary bread and our waters and we placed our orders at that time. Nothing crazy, a hamburger kids meal, chicken nugget kids meal, 2 chicken fried steak meals, a cheeseburger meal, and a grilled chicken sandwich meal. No special requests or things to be added or taken away. Then we began the wait. Multiple times orders for other tables, such as drinks and different starter salads, were brought to us and we advised then they weren't ours and they were removed and taken to the correct table. This sounds great but when I say taken to the correct table, I mean directly to the correct table. Not taken back to make new because it sat on someone else's table just off of ours and over to theirs. Very little attention was paid to us and when we did see, who I thought was the manager, he was going in and out the back door and on his phone. At one point we were brought a pitcher of water instead of getting refills but that's whatever, we do have 6 in our family. After the pitcher was brought and finally my wife's salad we never were approached or checked on again. Well over a hour went by and still no food or service. The place wasn't busy and we could hear singing in the kitchen so I don't believe that was the issue. We waited and waited, watching other tables that were after us get their food and finally decided to call it quits and just leave. We did leave $5 to cover my wife's salad and just had to go. As we filed out the door our server did ask what was going on and I explained it as well as the $5 bill and she began to apologize stating that she was called in to help with the bar and didn't know what was going on or what was wrong. We left and went to another place to eat lunch. All in all almost 2 hours wasted. As a side note, in the men's restroom there was a dirty mop bucket and mop just sitting in the men's restroom. I can honestly say this was my first time going and will probably be the last.

It pains me to have to rate this place so low. When we first moved to Owasso a few years back, this was our favorite place to go, now we avoid it like the plague. Want it delivered through doordash, Uber or Postmates.. I wouldn't dare, the waiters have openly commented that they wish they could decline those orders and the purposely ignore them. The average time to get a Togo/delivery order from them is 1-2 hours and that entire time is spent waiting for them to simply make the order or even acknowledge that it exists. The menu has slightly changed and not for the better, while the prices climb the quality plummets. I would advise avoiding this place until they start showing they care again!

Worst Cobb salad ever. Lettuce was wet, all the toppings were tasteless. The blue cheese dressing was sour. No A1, the house steaksauce was ketchup and pepper mixed together

The change in ownership/management is not doing this establishment any favors. We pulled into an empty parking lot. Entered a building with no A/C. We should have heeded the warning and left. From placing our order to receiving the food all was well. Then we began eating. The chicken fried chicken was delicious. The 2, 12 oz rib eyes were mostly fat. The sides were lackluster at best. While we were waiting to pay, the manager was busy brushing their hair behind the bar. Then they came to our table with that same brush in hand. While they did try to address the issue, it was too little too late. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Absolutely one of the worse dining experiences of our life. Waited hours to get our food and eat. They were out of many steak choices, didn't even have crackers, out of salad dressing, put many people ahead of us. We came at 615 and left after 9 o'clock. They even sent a fake manager to talk with us. What a dishonest bunch of people you have working there. I am convinced people were holding large groups up till certain servers were available, all to swing bigger tips to certain people. We have eaten there many times but will never eat there again. We had some that drove all the way from Oklahoma City, they got a Hotel because it was so late. If you can't order enough food or wait on people, serve food in a proper amount of time you should tell them when they come in.

They were our go to place in Owasso but we won't be going back. Had to ask for silverware, appetizer, refills, etc. The busboy was more helpful than our waiter.
