“Literally, the best build your own burrito restaurant we’ve been to. The salsa bar could use same cleaning but I love all the choices of salsa! The build your own burritos have more choices than QDoba and Chipotle and it tastes better too.“

“Stopped to pick up lunch fir myself and 2 coworkers on Friday. They were extremely busy and there was a wait but it was worth it and now I understand why they were so busy. I had the broccoli cheese baked potato. It was delicious and even had some left for dinner. The owners were so nice and very apologetic for the wait. Will definitely go back.“

“This is a great locally owned business in a cute historic building! I stopped in to have an iced chai and do some work and overheard the owner training a new employee talking about their loving restoration of the building and how all their ingredients are simple and locally sourced and they also sell items from local vendors, and I love supporting places like this. The drink was great too!“

“What is there not to love about Dead Armadillo? I was introduced to this little gem through my rescue (Oklahoma Pet Collective Society) which DA helps support. I admit, I typically hate beer. The only beer drink I’ve EVER actually liked came from DA; it’s their pickle beer (literally so good) mixed with a special Bloody Mary mix. Out of this world. The outside back garden/dog park area is the best in Tulsa. This is a really great little place to just chill and relax and have some fun with friends and family, including the furry members.“

“I saw a post in our neighborhood Facebook page about Jones Co. Coffee so I had to try it. On the post there was a picture of some wonderful looking muffins. I got the banana nut muffin and it was wonderful! They also had a special drink that I had to try: Carrot Cake Spiced Chai. I got the iced one and it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth 😁. I came in in the early afternoon and they were not very busy and Hannah was politely attentive to my dumb 'dad jokes'. I also found out that the manager (Cindy) baked the muffins fresh in-house. If you're in the area (or even if you're not) I highly recommend! 😃“

“Everything was wonderful had the broiled seafood platter substituted the tilapia for red snapper definitely worth a few extra dollars. It took to do that the scallops were sweet the shrimp was tender, and the hush puppies were to die for.“

Gave great recommendations for beers to try and places to eat. Lots of seating space inside and outside. There was a food truck available outside as well. Looked like they had a stage available for live music. They have a free parking lot available with plenty of spots. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again.“

“Sunday Funday, The Whittier Bar never disappoints! Always the best place to grab a drink and set back and chill. Service was perfect as per usual! Patrons are always the best people in Tulsa! Also always some fun nostalgia behind the bar and all over the place! (Tom Hanks and Wilson? I mean Of Course He Did!!) ?Love to sit in the Red Room when it’s available! “A group of us were there this evening, for our first order the bartenders were very attentive. I walked up to the bar for my second drink, I stood there for at least 10 minutes patiently visiting with a regular. Not one bartender made eye contact. When one finally acknowledged me, he helped three young women that just walked up. I sat back down with my group at that point. In the bar where I work in you don't get a tip for ignoring a patron. Did I mention that there was only a couple of people sitting at the bar, so no they weren't slammed. No excuse.“

I will tell you this is probably now my favorite place to go for brunch on Cherry Street not only is the food excellent but the staff is amazing as well. There hit chicken burrito is very well filled most places don't put a lot of meat in their burritos but society keeps ya well fed. Great portions. Took some home. I will definitely be back! Nori is wonderful! Check this place out if you haven't yet.“

“This is my favorite Tulsa area brewery. The brewer trained with Urban Chestnut, which is, in my opinion, the best brewery in St. Louis, and makes excellent beers. If you like stouts, the Felix Et Tenebris is awesome. Only downside to Cabin Boys is that it tends to focus on brewing high gravity beers. I generally don’t complain about getting stronger beers than I had been expecting, but you probably should think about Ubering here or otherwise bringing along someone who doesn’t drink. These beers can sneak up on you a little bit.“

“We tried out the Local Bison tonight for dinner. I had the Cowboy with sweet potato fries and the hubby had the Chupacabra. Both were well cooked and seasoned. Very yummy. The fries were perfect. A good size serving without being too large. I’d highly recommend it if your downtown for dinner.“

“I visit this location every single day — like a bad habit. Some days are better than others, but some days are downright rough. It’s a bit out of the way on my route to work, but I make it work.

The customer service used to be top-notch, but lately, it’s slipped a bit. The drinks are never quite the same twice, but I try to give them grace and keep coming back. The turnover seems to be through the roof — I see a new face almost every morning. There are still a few familiar ones who are fantastic, but a lot of new ones too.

This morning was especially chaotic. The system crashed four times while I was ordering. The first girl was patient and handled it well — no problem. The second tried again and said, “Oops, it crashed.” Still fine. The third one came on and said, “Oh my gosh, my computer crashed.” I told her it was okay — it happens.

But when my drink finally came out, it was what I ordered. Before I could say anything, she turned around, went back inside, and yelled, “Has she even paid yet?!” When she came back, her attitude said it all. I calmly told her, “No need to go in and yell at people — you could’ve just asked me.” She got defensive and snapped, “It’s my boss, and I DIDN’T YELL!” before stomping back inside.

The manager and another employee came out afterward — they were great. I explained that I understood the system issues, but the last girl’s attitude was unnecessary. Right behind me, another customer was yelling, “Come take my money! I have to go!” The manager, still trying to help me, told her they were having system issues. After a minute, that customer drove off in frustration.

I waited patiently with my money in hand. Things happen — I get it. The manager handled it as best as she could, and I appreciated that.

Of course, I’ll keep coming back — because I always do. People have bad days, and I understand that. Take a deep breath, let it go, and move on with your day. It will get better.“

“I had my first ever Crave cookie 8 months ago while traveling for business. It has been 8 months too long. I constantly rave about these cookies to everyone. My wife hears me tell her this experience like its some mythical legend. There is no Crave Cookies where I live, but I have seriously considered traveling hours just to have another Crave cookie. The outside was crunchy, the inside soft and warm. Literally melted in my mouth. Im not sure what they do to make these so addicting, but I havent forgotten the BEST cookie Ive ever had in my LIFE.“
