A girl named Samantha hung up on me when I tried to place a order I called back twice and was told by call center I have to go though the store to use credit on my account I have had nothing but good service from them and this lady was rude

We usually get dominos but tonight I thought to myself how I didn't want to be disappointed. So I ordered from Pizza Hut praying it was going to be the best pizza in Years! It exceeded my expectations!!! Hands down the best pizza I've had in a while... Exceptional service as well!

I wish I could rate this store 0 stars. I Just spent $70 on pizza for dinner, it gets delivered and it’s not even fully cooked. Every pizza is still very doughy and not edible. I called to try to get it resolved and was transferred to a “supervisor’s line” where there was literally silence and nothing else for 20 minutes so far and I never got to speak to a supervisor. This is not the way to run a business. We won’t be going back or suggesting this Pizza Hut to anyone.

They can not get a delivery order right and when they caught their mistake alisa called and said she would send the correct pizza out, she didn’t and when I called back, an hour and a half later, she denied talking to me. Second delivery order they have screwed up.

Ordered off the app. Was suppose to be ready in 10-20 minutes. Arrived to pick it up after the 20 minute mark and 30 minutes later I am still waiting on my order

Just spent 20 minutes trying to order from their website and then the app. I know that's not their fault but then I called and the girl on the other end mumbled and talked fast and I couldn't understand her. Asked her to repeat herself multiple times. After 5 minutes of asking over and over and still not getting to my order I hung up and called Papa John's.

Ordered delivery tonight, it arrived 40 minutes late. All 3 pizzas were cold, boxes were soggy. Tried to talk to the manager, he hung up on me. I love pizza hut pan pizza, but this is a continual issue with this store for both delivery and carryout, so I won't be ordering from them anymore.
