Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Terrible experience. The food was fine however the service was ridiculous. The server was clearly incompetent and undertrained. Extremely disappointed.

My visit tonight left me wanting. While I was seated quickly, you could tell from the host our server was being double sat. Not a good sign to start with. Our drink orders were taken quickly. But it took quite a while for our server to come back around to take our meal order because they were so busy behind the bar making drinks. By the time our food was delivered, he was making drinks full-time and had five tables to take care of. I did get a drink refill when my food was delivered but never saw any other staff after that and half my meal was eaten without anything to drink. Only ice to chew on. I made attempts to flag down my server and at least got acknowledged. His management owes him more money. Service tonight. Reminds me why I stopped coming here several years ago and it will probably be several more until I come back.

Horrible service I arrived to pick up my carry out order and stood in the lobby for 5 10 min before any employee acknowledged me. My food had sat so long the condensation made the burger buns gross and mushy. We weren't given campfire sauce for our order with extra fries. Let's be honest only reason anyone goes there is for campfire sauce. Why would you not include it? And yes I was there on time even tipped 20% in advance. They still sucked.
Doubt we will be returning, place has gone downhill.

Well we are know down the road at Freddy’s I hate to eat a fast food burger because I do it all the time, but after waiting 15 minutes and no server came to the table we went asked another server if they could find ours she said yes five minutes later still no server so we left worst experience ever.

I have never been to the same chain of restaurants and had such a different experience. My wife has really missed having a hamburger with a good bun since having to eliminate gluten from her diet. I had never been to Red Robin due to the high price they charge for a hamburger, but after hearing that their gluten free buns were good, I decided to give it a try. My daughter and I went to the Broken Arrow location to try a gluten free burger so I could see if it was something my wife would like. Our service there was great, fries with dipping sauce were brought to our table within minutes of placing our order, and a manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. A week later I took my wife and daughter to the Owasso location and none of the things that happened at the Broken Aroow location happened in Owasso. I also realized on this trip that if you get a gluten free bun you're charged $2.99 extra on an already overpriced $15 burger. In Broken Arrow I paid on the little electronic device that's on the table and was able to fill out a survey on it. When i tried paying on the device at the Owasso location so iI could fill out the survey for them, it showed I was going to charged $2.99 for using it instead of paying the server. I'm not sure if we'll go back to Red Robin due to this experience, but if we do, it definitely won't be the one in Owasso.

We ate there and although the food was good the service was less than ideal
The waitress was very friendly
She dropped my 2 daughters meals and had to have new ones made, it took a very long time to get them. Also there was a big group of people beside us and they left shortly after we got there. That table did not cleaned off nor did anyone attempt to clean off. We were there for over an hour. They weren't busy. I would rate the service 2 out of 5 stars

Walked in to them only have about 5 tables being used which I presumed it would have been a great time to go.
Boy I was wrong. We got seated and proceeded to wait.. watched a couple of big families walk in and watched the servers go start greeting the big tables… at this point I noticed we got overlooked and so I go to a server to let her know that we haven’t been acknowledged yet. She proceeds to tell me that she is going to see my server.
She proceeds to the drink station and 3 servers decide to start arguing on who’s responsible for us. They decide to do a “not me” answer and proceeds to do what they were doing instead of talking to us.
At this point we are about 10-15 minutes with no one coming to talk to us whatsoever.
So me and my husband decide ti spend our money else where. The servers saw us get us and the. Proceeds to runs over to our table with a bunch of napkins and just knives and saids “sorry your server is busy”. I told her that we were just leaving but I would like to speak to a manager. She says okay and so I wait. I presume she’s going to get her manager come to find out she just went and hid behind the drink station wall hoping I had just left. Another server walks up to me and asks if I need anything and so I said hey I just need to speak to a manager. HE WAS RIGHT THERE. She decided to ignore me and when the server that talked to me told him he just put his towel down as if it was no biggie AND CAME RIGHT TO ME. My issue is that my server was the most unprofessional server I have ever had then went on the crying route to deflect how her attitude was toward our table.

how this place is still in business is nothing short of a miracle. their fries and mozzarella twists are disgusting.
If you want RR, skip Owasso and go to the BA location.

As soon as you walk in the door, there is dirt and washers, and debris right there. There was a photo of service member that they just threw in the floor among the dirt. Extremely disrespectful to all those in the picture. I picked it up off the floor and put it on the ledge.

I love that Red Robin is sensitive to celiac needs. Friendly and knowledgeable. Our server was very sweet. Food was awesome. Thank you!
