Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It never ceases to amaze me how awesome the food is. And honestly, the food is second in comparison to the amazing staff.

We stopped for dinner and was greeted promptly. Seated quickly and met Emily our waitress. She was very friendly and polite and offered great suggestions. Using her suggestions we ordered and the food came out nice and hot, it was delicious. She checked on us several times brought drink refills. Highly recommend having her as your waitress.

We took part in a Sunday farmers market at this location. well the new district manager in OKC told us today after we all had set up that we can not use the parking lot area we have used for months. The really confusing part is we helped increase sales for red Robin on Sundays with this event significantly. The district manager also literally said that he does not support the community owasso! Personally my wife and I would eat there every Sunday in return. We'll, no more! Uncle Paco's got it business today and frankly the food and service was much better. So keep in mind before going to this location that the district manager does not support you owasso.

New manager that took over is horrible, does not support local community. Local event has been setup there for months and brought their numbers up with customers. They post online encouraging business for this location, when visiting have also shared handouts and fundraising information we were unaware of. Today when we showed up to shop they were packing up and moving down to the other location because the new store manager had said they cannot be there because they do nothing for the store and does not support. These people had at least 35-40 people already setup, thank goodness they have an opportunity with a location nextdoor that supports small businesses. I will not support this company and make sure that everyone knows of this behavior,

Went yesterday evening took 30 minutes to get my order and when I asked why the manager chyanne was extremely rude will not be returning

Service was not that great. Got the Jalepeno heat wave and seasoned fries. Was not impressed. To bland for me. Went to Red Robin in Tulsa once before 12 years ago and it was the same. Figured I'd give them one more chance and never again will I eat Red Robin.

Waited 40 minutes for one burger. My partners came quickly. Our waitress had to literally “get onto” the kitchen staff for the wait.

First, let me say, USUALLY, we love Red Robin, but tonight was not the case! The guy that seated us sat us at a dirty table, placed our menus on the dirty table, didn't give is silverware or napkins in the BAR area which we never sit in especially when we have our grandson. The waiter was the highlight of our meal. He was friendly, fun and accommodating. I upgraded to garlic fries and they were a nasty greasy soggy mess BOTH TIMES. My grandson's salad was wonderful. The steak fries were good. Not a fan of the Yummy Deal burger either.

Ordered peach tea told the waiter 5 times and sugarless ,he brought plain sweet tea . Food was good but the place was not to clean. Set next to nasty food on blinds and dirty carpet. Need to get all the dust off AC pipes so much thought it was going to drop in my food. Service was just a 2star. No one was there to seat us people waiting ahead of us. Stood there for 10 min. Before I ask for help.

I'm in Owasso on a work trip and decided to get dinner from Red Robins and I was highly disappointed. I ordered the boneless chicken wings with buzz sauce on them and ranch dressing to go with them . Well once I picked my food up and returned back to my hotel room I seen that my boneless wings that were suppose to be sauced were basically dry. You couldn't even see where they attempted to put any sauce on them. And not only that that but the cup of ranch I asked for was open and spilled onto the outside of the to go container. I love Red Robin's but If I ever come back to Owasso for work purposes I will not ever come back to this particular Red Robin's. Highly disappointed

We came around 430. Got appetizer boneless wings. Those were fresh. The chips under were stale and hard.
Got the backyard burger with sweet potato fries.
Backyard burger was missing the crispy onions. And sweet potato fries were cold to the touch and super salty.
The burgers were hot, and the boneless chicken wings were hot, what stopped them from having good service and just making things fresh?

They messed up two of the 4 burgers we ordered plus brought the kids burger last which was wrong. Spoke to the manager who told me she would bring the correct burgers and not charge/remove them from the bill. Which they charged me for them. And still brought the kids meal very last week had to wait so the youngest child would have his burger. The waitress listened to nothing I had to say and the manager flat lied. Would not recommend and will not return
