Caramel Macchiato this evening that was sold to me barely had any espresso in it if any at all I really don’t think it had any in it at all. It sure didn’t taste like it had any at all in it compared to its usual taste from Starbucks. Thanks so much for the rude customer service.

This was suppose to be an oat milk latte. Tasted horrible and I do not know what’s in it. It tasted bitter and greasy. Made me sick. I strongly urge you to be careful of this place. Manager didn’t seem to care.

This location is my neighborhood go to. My food is always made the way I ask and service is outstanding. Love the baristas.
The people here are amazing, kind, and work quickly. They do everything in their power to take care of their customers and ensure you leave happy. I rarely go to another location. I'm greeted by name here and know most of the employees at this store they even remember my order so i rarely have to say it anymore. The best location to visit.

The manager, was purposely being slow and she was socializing with employees...typically the employees have a sense of urgency when assisting customers. I guess that same urgency doesn't count towards management.

Informed them allergies to strawberry and requested to insure no cross condemnation and their response was no way to insure.
When I’m paying $7 for a drink, the least that can be done is the barista read the directions and make the drink accordingly. I get that mistakes happen but this is a speciality coffee shop and known for specifications. However about 50% of the time at this location, the drink is made incorrectly. It’s a pain when you have to ask them to re make it over and over or find out down the road and either go back thru the drive thru or walk In and wait. Today was my limit. It was made correctly but a bunch of cinnamon dumped on top. That’s a new one. Normally they disregard the fact that I’ve requested blonde roast. I drive back and go inside where clearly I’m standing there with an issue but was ignored until I flagged someone and asked for help. She justified the cinnamon by stating that usually comes on their other drink…Again an establishment that is known for specifications. She remakes the drink without an apology and I could tell right away that it was a totally different color…waaaaay too much milk…super light tan. I finally asked for my money back bc clearly the drink was not going to be made correctly today and there manager was unapologetic, short, resisted feedback and frankly rude…not manager/customer service material AT ALL. I’m done giving this location my Time and money.
