“It is Subway. They delivered sufficiently for what the brands represents. I also happen to order as they were training a new staff member and appreciated the helpful collaboration of the staff in supporting the new hire. They also managed to fill keep the line moving efficiently with kindness and calm.“

“I went into the store around 8:30 this evening, no one else in the store and two cars in the drive through. Erin was working her butt off trying to complete the drive through order, online orders, and me. While her coworker (not wearing name tag) walked around the store acting like she was looking for something that wasn’t there. She then disappeared from the floor and refused to help Erin. Didn’t even ask if she could help in any way when she saw her struggling and customers waiting. When she finally came back she stood there acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. Completely unhelpful. However, Erin was amazing, kind, and polite no matter what.“
