“I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, and this was one of the best experiences thanks to Lilly and Kensin. They were efficient, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was right. Excellent customer service from start to finish.“

“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“
“Alyssa is the best subway sandwich maker I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She made every sandwich perfectly and quickly. She even let me get a sandwich right at closing when I didn't know when they closed. Give that woman a raise! I shall return for sure.“

“I came here a few days after trying the nearby Jimmy John because I needed to find a place that knew how to make a sandwich right and this place delivered on that. My son is pretty picky with his sandwiches, but you guys made it to perfection and he devoured it right when I got home. I will be staying away from that Jimmy John to eat here instead!“

“I’ve had two people help me at this location and want to talk about both. Amanda is killing the game. Always fast, simple, and great service. In and out which is what I seek in a subway. The gentleman that works here however is always a different story. He always takes much longer to make a sandwich. Like MUCH MUCH longer. I’ve had to walk out without food because my lunch break was up and he was taking so long. Give Amanda a raise and give homeboy a talkin’ to.“
“I've been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It's become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. The delicious food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients in an amazingly clean kitchen. The dining area is always spotless...Even the floor drain under the ice machine appears clean enough to drink from. I usually go in during morning hours, but have been in a few times in the late afternoon with the same perfect results. I often recommend this restaurant to others who I encounter in the building and I strongly encourage Subway to look at this location as an example for other locations to follow.

“When I go for subway I always pick this location! Shannon always does such a great job
What I didn’t like was having some folks who I assumed to be corporate or ownership yelling at the employees. It was a man in a blue and green flannel and a woman in a pink shirt with glasses sitting at a table. I asked the server to get something for me from the back and when she did they immediately started yelling at her to come back. Clearly they weren’t paying attention and this made me feel uncomfortable also“
“Everything was fresh. The guy was very nice and quick. I would go back. The oatmeal raisin cookies were fabulous.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and safe area to be in.
Wheelchair accessibility: The floor is a flat surface. So very easy.“

“listen, i SOLELY regular this subway location and not just because i work near by. i’ve been to a lot of subways around town, but this is 100% the best location. they always make my sandwich perfect, they aren’t shy with any of the ingredients (veggies, cheese, mustard etc etc) and they always listen for what im hoping for. everyone there is so unbelievably kind and handles customers with grace. always gonna come back, they do amazing!!! definitely come to this location, they’ll always make you smile ::)“
“There was a nice couple who serviced me fun, Clean(gloves) communication but this parking lot needs better lights there is always strange people hanging outside I don't like unsafe.The owners of the variety of business need to come together and light that shopping center up 🤨 stop playing safety first even for your own selves.“

“I want to start by saying a couple days ago I came into your store to try out the new brisket sandwich. My sandwich was put together lazily, as are a majority of my subway experiences. So much so, my sandwich was even dropped in the toaster and they scooped it back up and put it back on the bread, laughed and said “oops!” That moment was going to be my last stepping into your doors.“
