Owners are clearly just trying to maximize profits.
One employee handling a lunch rush can't keep up with the line of customers (staffing issue, not employee performance) let alone the mobile orders that kept piling up.
She was working her tail off to try and handle all the customers by herself. Took 25 minutes to order a sandwich.
There were at least 4 customers I witnessed walking out because the line was taking too long.

The gentleman named Kevin made my sandwich and it was one best subs i ever had!! He was also very patient with my order and questions and just came off as a very kind soul. That's second time he's waited on me and he's a delight and sandwich has been spot on delicious both times so I felt need leave him a review!! Thanks Kevin for wonderful subs and your kindness ❤
