The elderly lady behind the counter in the mornings always seems pissed off. She always looks like she’s having the worst day of her life. I hope she’s not going through something terrible. I understand difficult life situations if that is the case but it makes for a very unpleasant experience when I visit this location.There are times where she doesn’t even greet me and she gets very annoyed when she has to ask me to repeat something. Incredibly rude staff every time. I've tried to make it just "a bad day" but I've been in multiple times, and every time- the staff is rude. Lady starts by cussing under her breath when you walk in, then has an awful attitude while making your sandwich. Slams the cabinet doors and then after I checked out walked away with my sandwich still behind the counter. I had to literally reach over and grab it. I called and asked to use coupon, lady said they don't accept BOGO "due to food shortage at sysco" my company ALSO uses sysco and there are no shortages so after that I asked "since there's no shortage yall are just making this up" and she replied YES!!! I asked again to confirm and yes she said they are making it up!!
