“I went through the drive thru. The lady who took our order was very friendly and nice. The problem is they got my order wrong. I ordered a hamburger with mustard, pickles. That was all. When I got home my hamburger had cheese on it. I am allergic to cheese. To be clear I'm not lactose intolerant. I am ALLERGIC. Like people are to nuts & fish. I have an epi pin. And to answer anyone's question no you can not just simply scrap or wipe it off. It's very frustrating to get home and find out your order is wrong. I had a long day and did not feel like getting back out. Yes I should have checked it before I left but I didn't. But it's gets old having to check it all the time. Specially when the drive thru is crowded. Yes mistakes happen but the funny thing is it happens more at Wendy's then anywhere else. Not just this location but all of them. It's even happens when I take the time and explain to them my dilemma. When they have repeated my order back and say no cheese.“
“Story time! We Uber from a Wendy's, the driver forgot 40 nuggets ... Hard to miss you'd think. So I went to Wendy's myself to get the rest. I went to the wrong one, again I don't order food. Anyways shorten this, they went ahead and made my kids their 40 nuggies anyway!! ❤️ Understood and made the other half without even second guessing. Even though I went to the wrong one. These guys were amazingly nice. And now my kids are happy 😁 thanks again guys!!!“
