Simone was welcoming and her enthusiasm was infectious.Loved the back patio. Food was excellent, rich smokey pulled pork and great home fries, served with a smile.They plan on opening a bar on the patio soon, so enjoying a drink in the cool green shade on the deck along with your meals will add to the xoerience.Native themed artwork adds to the ambience.Great stopping/meeting place, don't miss it!
The Bird and Bison is a Native-themed restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The back patio is lovely, and the food is excellent, especially the rich, smokey pulled pork and home fries. They are known for their Bison Burgers, made with 100% Bison meat and served with caramelized onions and bacon jam. The fries are fresh but could be crispier. The staff, especially Simone, is friendly and energetic, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant plans to open a bar on the patio soon. The small dining area inside features Native-themed artwork, while the outside area is spacious and shaded. Despite limited parking, the fantastic food and friendly service make it a great stopping place. Enjoy a meal at The Bird and Bison for a delicious taste of Indigenous-inspired cuisine.
