I bought my son's food there. To place an order it wasn't like in my younger days a young woman or a young man who would enter your order and they would take your money. Here customers stand-in front of Self Ordering machines that will take Credit cards as I used my Amex card for my kids food and my fish Sandwich.

Nasty. Luke warm burgers and fries that taste like old oil. All of their sodas from the machine are flat and taste weird. Skip it .

The worst service. The manager said the customers are not important. The wait to super long. They messed up multiple orders without any accountability. I do not recommend eating here unless the customer service is improved

Went here during my lunch break to dine in. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fry order.. should have went to a sit down restaurant to eat instead. Ended up having to take order to go because of not having enough time to eat… will not be back.

Was little skeptical but this Burger King is the best i found in i-35. Workers were fast and friendly. Burger was finally not sloppy and patty well cooked on my whopper. Fries are fresh and crunchy. Very happy that i stopped here.

Been here several times, the food was always fresh and the staff was friendly.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to order. We were the only ones in line they werent busy inside either. Watched 2 employees on their phone standing at the window and not once did they turn around to take our order. Absolutely worst customer service experience. They do take awhile sometimes but the fact that they were on their phones and didn't even acknowledge us is what made it worse.

Food was terrible, order trio whopper jr with chz . Burger was pink, bun hard and fries not hot.. return it and made another one, told them I wanted it fresh off grill . She came back and said some burgers coming out not done..still sandwich cold and fries not hot... I told them to just give me 5 toast sticks which was hot..
