The best wood fired pizza I have ever had!! Ree you knocked it out of the park!!! Excellent food and excellent experience!!
The pizza and “not knots” were great. It’s a very loud place and you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get in which isn’t good for young children and elderly guests, but we really enjoyed the food.

Our meal was delicious! My husband isn’t usually a fan of breadsticks or that type of thing but a business owner in town recommended the Not Knots so we had to try them. They were incredible! So flaky and flavorful! The homemade ranch to dip them in was awesome. We also had an all meat pizza. Oh my gosh, the pepperoni was thinly sliced and had a bit of a bite to it and the fresh mozzarella was perfect. I’m ready to go back!
