Our family had corn soup, chicken and dumplings, grape dumplings, meat pie, fry bread and an Indian taco, everything was delicious. The people who own and work there are super friendly. When I am back in Ponca City, I will definitely be back.

Had the special soup which was chicken and dumplings with fry bread...it was delicious!! The soup was in a very large container and was incredibly filling!! Everyone who works in this family run restaurant is VERY friendly and helpful!I definitely recommend and will return

I had the Indian taco and i thought it was good. The fry bread was good. I also had the meat pie. The fry bread outside was good, but the meat was bland. I would eat the Taco again but not the meat pie. Friend had the Rez dog and liked it and also liked the grape dumplings. Its expensive, but most things are.

? best Indian Taco in Oklahoma at Saucy Calf in Pawhuska. Their fry bread it excellent. I haven't had meat pies so good since I bought one out of an ice chest at a pow-wow. They are LARGE, authentic and perfectly cooked. I bet they're fried in tallow, that's the secret ?. Thanks for a perfect lunch, will be back again!

This restaurant is the real deal! My daughter and I ordered the frybread taco -- which is huge; you can share it; and the corn soup which was filled with luscious chunks of pork. The place does a nice lunchtime business and the staff is friendly. We were so happy we went here.
Great food, friendly staff, pleasant dining area. Had the hominy and pork soup special with fry bread. Tasty, nutritious, and filling. It’s now on my must stop list anytime I’m over in Pawhuska!

If you want high priced food that has no taste this is your place. Spent near $60 on 2 regular tacos and 2 meat pies and 2 sodas. The meat pies where raw inside and had a spoiled smell and taste. The ndn taco meat was really watery and no flavor at all. Worse place to go eat for them high prices.

Real authentic oklahoma indian food!!!! Meat pies made from scratch!!! And Indian frie bread that is absolutely scrumptious!!!! It was so soft and flavorfull!! The meat gravy well they said it was good it looked pretty rough to say the least kinda like something you would see served at a school by a mad lunch lady ( as she slops it on ur plate ur like eeewwwww))) but this meat gravy was absolutely the best!!! It was smack!!! On point!!!! Delicious ?!!! Thank yall so much for a great lunch!!! ?
