The head smoker is a former firefighter. So, the tv in the dining area plays the 70’s tv show Emergency, which i enjoyed.

My wife and I ate there today for the first time. The owners were very inviting, made great conversation and told us all about the menu. The food was really good. I had the ribs, hot sausages and the cheesy potatoes and also this really tasty rice with hamburger and other spices cooked. My wife had the pulled pork and the cheesy potatoes. We were absolutely stuffed, the meats were great, large quantity and the pulled pork was actually juicy and pulled apart. I can’t wait to go there again.

The food was amazing and the staff was awesome, but we sat outside and the ground was soggy from the air conditioner, there was a puddle on our table, and we were waving flies away for the whole meal. If they'd clean up the outside seating area I'd give them five stars. We had our dog with us so we had no choice but to eat outside.
Like I said, the food was amazing though, the BBQ sauce was tangy but not too spicy and the brisket fell apart in your mouth. I could eat a bucket of that cheesy potato side, it was awesome.

My family and I were in pawhuska for the day and decided to try out this small bbq place and I'm so happy we did. Their food was uniquely delicious. It's unlike any bbq I've ever tried. We tried the brisket, pulled pork, chicken sandwich, cheesy potatoes, beans, and rice. Everything was great. The bbq sauce was unlike any ive ever tried sweet, tangy, and kinda sour but delicious. Will definitely be coming back here if we are ever in pawhuska again.

This little “hole in the wall” is SPECTACULAR! Just two blocks away from The Pioneer Woman mercantile. This little gem is amazing! Some the absolute BEST BBQ we have ever had. So if you’re passing through Pawhaska, OK. Give your taste buds a little treat!

My mother and I went in for a quick lunch. Two BbQ sandwiches with a side of baked beans. $42 with a card $46. I declined and as we were leaving the owner popped off and said, go somewhere else and get a $12 burger. Not the way to gain customers.

Triggers BBQ is a must have. I've traveled all over the US and eaten at BBQ joints in dozens of cities. Triggers is honestly one of, if not the best BBQ restaurant I've had. The meat is tender and juicy, never dry. The rub has a good flavor but not overly done like so many other places do. The sides are a specialty, not an afterthought. I personally love the apple cider vinegar slaw. To top things off they are friendly and generous with there portions. Look forward to my next visit!

Loved it. We had the 3 meat combo of ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. Ribs we're excellent, brisket was really good too. Our pulled pork was decent, and the sides of beans and cheesy potatoes were excellent as well. Loved the bbq sauce, too.
