Amazing BBQ and Staff. Those Cheesy Potatoes and Ribs…The Best in the AREA!
My mother and I went in for a quick lunch. Two BbQ sandwiches with a side of baked beans. $42 with a card $46. I declined and as we were leaving the owner popped off and said, go somewhere else and get a $12 burger. Not the way to gain customers.
We had the amazing pulled pork sandwich and cheesy taters. It was an extremely filling meal with great service! We sat outside since we had our dog and they brought our meal out to us!

Triggers BBQ is a must have. I've traveled all over the US and eaten at BBQ joints in dozens of cities. Triggers is honestly one of, if not the best BBQ restaurant I've had. The meat is tender and juicy, never dry. The rub has a good flavor but not overly done like so many other places do. The sides are a specialty, not an afterthought. I personally love the apple cider vinegar slaw. To top things off they are friendly and generous with there portions. Look forward to my next visit!
Loved it. We had the 3 meat combo of ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. Ribs we're excellent, brisket was really good too. Our pulled pork was decent, and the sides of beans and cheesy potatoes were excellent as well. Loved the bbq sauce, too.

We popped in to get some bbq to go after visiting the town and this place is truly a hidden gem. The owners were the most gracious and generous people and we throughly enjoyed visiting with them about the town’s history. And the BBQ was delicious! Everything was absolutely on point! Will definitely stop in again next time we are in town!

The BEST bbq we have ever had. We were late enough that we had to settle for pulled pork and bologna. The sauce is homemade, duh...the sides are not an after thought, they are incredible. The beans are worth the trip by themselves.

Great food. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back
Definitely would try to change the prices of the dishes and switch them up a bit
20$ for pulled pork, beans. and the pasta cheese with water. kinda dissapointed it was so much but the food was good i liked it and its definitely a mom and pop shop which i would support anyday but 20$ is very expensive for one person

Wasn’t too sure about this place when we pulled up but I’m glad we went. Best BBQ I’ve had and all of the side’s were just as good. We’ll definitely be back. Worth the drive.

Some of the best BBQ and the sides were just as good. We’ll definitely go back! Worth the 40 minute drive.
It was a two hour wait to eat at The Mercantile, so we noped out of that and headed to Triggers BBQ. I'm glad we did, because we enjoyed the experience. I had never eaten beans or cheesy potatoes like the ones served here. The three meat and two side platter was plenty of food for myself and two kids. The staff were very friendly and my kids enjoyed conversing with them. Next time we stop by Pawhuska, we will be back.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to the Tallgrass Prairie. My boys and I highly recommend! We had our dog with us and ate outside under the trees while experiencing a nice breeze that had hints of BBQ in it. The food was delicious!
