Honestly, you'd think a casino would have a little more pride in their food offerings!
I visited yesterday and tried their daily special. Marinated Chicken Breast with Brussel Sprouts and Scalloped Potatoes. I thought dang that actually sounds good. Little did I know the scalloped potatoes were OUT OF A BOX! I've made them out of the box at home but you have to add seasoning and butter to make them edible.
