Wow.....YUUUUUMMY!! In from Dallas to visit my mother for a few days. She's new to Wheeler herself, but she wanted Mel's foe dinner so off I went. Great food...great price and fast. Picked up the Chicken Strip dinner for her. I had the Grilled Monterrey chicken dinner. Really was wonderful.
Two friends and I stopped here for lunch on the way from Oklahoma City to Colorado. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting with a rustic/homey decor. My BLT was perfect, the bacon generous and crisp and the tomatoes fresh. The side of onion rings are hand breaded and crisp - not a bit greasy. My husband and I come here as often as we can! We love the food, staff and the small town feel. The e music is a plus! I take my family when they come in town.
